Terrible Experience
This was a complete failure!!! Absolutely awful hosts. Not the entire house either and on the main road very busy and noisy. The host failed to contact us on time and finally called me back 15 mins prior to checkin to say that they need to cancel the reservation due to VRBO failure to double book the property. The conversation went on and on with excuses and failure to complete their obligation of the full payment and expensive to boot. We flew in and rented a car only to not be able to get into the reservation and paid in full rental. The host did Nothing and failed to tell us until I had contacted them several times just before check in. This was a nightmare and total failure for a vacation. This host sucks and could care less!!! Never will I rent anything from this host again. I should of known better with no reviews and lack of communication and inaccurate explanation of the property. Never again!!! They never fixed anything and left us abandoned. Failure big time awful!!!
