FREE OFF STREET PARKING! This artsy studio apartment is a perfect little getaway spot for 2 or for a solo retreat! Located in East Rock, arguably one of the most desired areas in New Haven, you'll find amazing restaurants including the incredible Nica's Market and Blue State Coffee in short walking distance, beautiful streets and parks to explore and shopping close by. Also Yale is just up the street!
The space
The Indie Yale Studio is a sweet little apartment with lots of style and lots of charm. There is one very comfortable queen sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for 2 and a cozy living room area complete with a plush leather couch that folds out into a bed and a Roku TV to watch as much Netflix as you want. We provide all linens for you as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There's a bathroom with a brand new shower and a washer and dryer for your use only in the hall just outside the apartment door. Whether you're looking for a little spot for a romantic overnight, planning a trip with a friend or you're flying solo just for a change of scenery, this is the perfect spot!

Quiet Comfortable Cave

Would have appreciated coffee mugs that held more than 8oz. Previous New Haven place had little creamers. Water glasses.

Great location, cute place!

This basement apartment is perfectly located and nicely decorated. Bring noise cancelling headphones for the early morning traffic and HVAC noise and you’ll find this a comfy place to stay in New Haven.
