Beautiful new custom built home right on Sunday River Rd, just a minute up to the main lodge at Sunday River. Crafted with wood finishing throughout the home entices a rustic feel with modern amenities.
The main floor features an open concept space with large kitchen island and plenty of counter space to cook those large family meals. Enjoy home cooked meals with all new modern appliances and ample prep space on the massive island countertop. The open concept with gas fireplace creates a cozy ambiance while meals are being prepared and everyone can spend time relaxing.

Adjacent the kitchen is the living room is the cozy gas fireplace, enjoy the ambiance at the push of a button.
Upstairs you find all of the bedrooms including the ensuite master with access to the sleeping loft as well as a second full bath shared by the other bedrooms.

The back yard features an open deck with grill as well as hot tub and fire pit. Plenty of space for yard games and hanging out.

Great location and very nice property

We had a group of guys staying on the property and we had a ton of fun. There's a great backyard for lawn games, a hot tub, a grill and there was space for everyone to sleep comfortably. Sunday River is an awesome area!

Great house and location

The location was perfect, just a few minutes to various Sunday River lifts and the house is brand new. We loved curling up in front of the gas fireplace at night and also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and fire pit. The host was quick to respond to any questions and we would definitely come back.

We loved our stay! The house was clean, modern, had all the wanted amenities, and in a great location. It was just a few minutes drive to Sunday River. The manager was great, checking in and responding to anything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Great Place

The house worked so well for four adult couples enjoying a ski weekend. Nice space, loved the hot tub, and so close to Sunday River for ski drop offs and pick ups. It is located close to a relatively busy road, especially during the am and pm ski traffic. Garage works great for gear and nice communal space.

Amazing Mountain Retreat

This was the perfect spot! The listing was super accurate, the communication was great, and you can't beat the location! We stayed in the summer and enjoyed walking up to the mountain, swimming in swimming holes/the river nearby, and going to the brewery down the road. The house is beautiful, the beds are comfy, and the yard is amazing! I can't say enough about this property!

comfy hideout

We were a a group of 7 riders from NJ and the house was beautiful, comfy and very clean. While 90% of the time was spent riding, getting home to this place made it all the more special. Near 2 breweries ( 5 min away ) and with lots of privacy and amenities ( hot tub was awesome ), I def recommend and will save this place for future visits ! Thank you !

Had a great time at Alpine Lodge! Pleasantly surprised to be greeted with a decorated Christmas tree- certainly made things more festive! House was fairly well equipped and property management responded quickly with any questions we had. Layout worked well for us- grandkids loved the loft and everyone enjoyed the hot tub and garage games! Only comments would be that you need better curtains on windows in the bedrooms (on a pretty busy road) and one bedroom not only didn’t have any curtains, it also didn’t have a door which really hampered privacy.

Friends ski weekend

We had a fantastic stay at this house with friends! The location's proximity to the mountain was a game-changer, and the host was incredibly easy to communicate with. The house met all our needs, but we suggest a few improvements. Firstly, more kitchen equipment would be great; we found a shortage of bowls compared to the number of people the house sleeps. Secondly, having a dedicated area for skis and ski boots would enhance the overall experience in the winter. Lastly, an extra couch or two for more comfy seating would make this place perfect. Despite these minor points, we had a memorable and enjoyable time. Recommend for anyone looking to enjoy activities near Sunday River!
