This is a great place for the 7 of us and our dog to spend a week! Nights and the one rainy day in the hot tub and movie room, close to White Mountain national forest and Mount Washington for hiking/site seeing. Beds, laundry, kitchen, living room, all met our needs and more. Everything is very comfortable (the sheets smelled nice). The heated pool was clean and fun!

We very much enjoyed staying at Mark and Tara’s place. House was clean and comfortable. Stayed with 2 families for skiing at Sunday River. 12 minutes to South Ridge. Garage movie theater was a great place to hang out and have fun. I messaged about a question I had when I had arrived and they responded almost immediately with an answer. Great hosts!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was just as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The hosts were fantastic—super responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our entire visit.There were a few minor inconveniences. Nothing major, and definitely not deal-breakers, but with a few small tweaks, the experience could be even smoother for families.

Amazing stay with Mark & Tara!

We had a great time at Mark's house in Sunday River! We stayed for 2 weeks over the holidays - and we wish we could've stayed longer! We arrived to lovely Christmas decorations around the house, equipped with a 10-foot Christmas tree! Mark was an excellent communicator - responding literally within minutes and catering to all our needs and questions. The house is exactly as advertised - very clean, spacious and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the igloo hot tub and fire pit outside. Absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a fun ski vacation!
