Gather your group of up to 12 people and immerse yourselves in the affordable luxury of this modern vacation villa in the Manuel Antonio/Quepos area. Casa Reserva is nestled on the edge of the rainforest within the gated community known as "La Reserva," offering breathtaking views of the sparkling waters of the Pacific coast. Wake up with a cup of coffee on any of the four terraces, where you can breathe in the fresh tropical morning breeze or unwind with an evening cocktail while you admire the spectacular sunsets and lush wildlife.

The main house features four bedrooms and includes a fifth apartment, all within the same rate. From the moment you step through the impressive tropical entrance, you'll be captivated and won't want to leave. Your personal concierge will be at your service to assist with anything you need, from chef and spa services to organizing tours and activities, arranging transportation, making restaurant recommendations or reservations, ensuring that your stay is truly relaxing. All rooms are equipped with plasma TVs and have safes in the walk-in closets. We also provide cable TV and high-speed wireless internet. The spacious living area, dining area, full kitchen, indoor bar, and pool with a built-in bar will provide you with more than enough space to entertain your family, friends, and business colleagues.

Our house is just a 7-minute drive from Playa Espadilla, the main beach, and another 3 minutes from Manuel Antonio National Park.

Enjoy the sea air and the views from a magnificent terrace, and cook your "catch of the day" in the spacious outdoor gourmet kitchen. This villa has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people, thanks to the inclusion of the fifth apartment in the rate. Additionally, daily maid service is included in your stay.

Amazing views and wonderful host

The property was better than advertised and the views were spectacular. The concierge was incredibly helpful and made sure our stay was perfect. We originally only booked for 3 days but ended up extending for the whole week. My family unanimously agreed this has been our favorite destination for a vacation to date.

Beautiful and spacious vacation retreat

Everything was wonderful except the Wi-Fi connection and one bathroom window that could allow someone on the outside to see in. Couldn't fix the Wi-Fi but the window was easily blocked. Would definitely recommend the house to other families.

We have stayed in this house many times and it’s been great but it’s getting age on it and needs a lot of maintenance. Hot water is an issue. Water pressure was a problem. Steps to pool are dangerous and cracked. Decking in front of house has a hole. Air conditioner downstairs froze up. It has beautiful views and we have enjoyed it every time but I couldn’t recommend it in the shape it’s in

Though we had a nice stay, it should be noted there are many different sets of stairs up and down to kitchen entry bedrooms lower apt. Somewhat difficult for seniors. The property is in need of updating and repairs. Sofa and outdoor cushions Need to be replaced. Outdoor furniture needs help. Safe did not work. Ice maker did not work. The area and location is beautiful and safe. We had a lovely time.

our trip couldn't have been better the staff was excellent and the house was top notch the only issues we had were the bathroom toilets clogging up due to flushing toilet paper in which we didn't know we weren't supposed to be flushing also when cleaning up the monkey poop the cleaning maid would flip the mattress outside on the deck instead of washing it of ? house in general is fantastic

Incredible Reunion of Friends

When we arrived at the residence we were shocked to see how much more beautiful the location is in person. We had 11 people stay in the residence (including the separate apartment suite). We loved all having separate bathrooms for each bedroom, spent the majority of our time at the poolside couch and in the pool. The space is wonderful for entertaining, where we hosted several chef-delivered dinners. The concierge and housekeeping staff were great with answering questions and maintaining the cleanliness of the space. The house is in a perfect position to venture to Quepos and Manuel Antonio. Can't wait to return.

Simply the Best!

What an amazing home and staff! Thank you Casa Reserva for making our Costa Rica trip one to remember! We, 3 families, traveled to Costa Rica for the first time last week. Julie, Frank, the chefs, & Martha the housekeeper made this trip unforgettable. The house was perfect with each couple having King sized beds and our kids able to share a room. I cant say enough great things about Frank who was there for every message to make our vacation just perfect- including switching tours at last minute to helping us purchase a birthday cake and helium to celebrate a special birthday. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this amazing home and staff to everyone!

Incredible house and loved every minute of our vacation in Manuel Antonio! Frank was a huge help in getting everything set up for our party of 8 and it all went very smooth. Can't recommend staying here enough. Green coast rentals was a pleasure to deal with. We will be back!
