Welcome to the Magnolia House! This spacious family compound is located in Grayton Beach and is perfect for your next family getaway. The rental property is only a short stroll from 30A’s magnificent white-sand beach. It includes the main house, Goodnight Moon, and a guest house, Bella Luna, which can be rented together or separately. In total, there are five bedrooms, five baths, and enough space for 11 vacationers.

As soon as you arrive, you’ll feel as though you’ve stepped back in time to simpler days, only with a modern touch. The curated grounds feature native plants, and the property is surrounded by live oak trees and palmettos. Both the main house and guest house are built in Old Floridian style, and each has its own charming front porch where you can enjoy the weather and a refreshing drink.

In the main cottage, Goodnight Moon, you’ll find an open floor plan, lots of windows, hardwood floors, and colorful accents throughout. The living room boasts a seafoam-colored wraparound couch and two armchairs that provide comfortable seating for guests. The couch and chairs are centered around a Persian rug and wood-topped drink table. A rustic wood entertainment center and wall-mounted TV bring it all together. Wood floors flow into the open kitchen. Open shelves showcase colorful dishes. Sleek white counters and the kitchen island offer ample space to cook vacation meals. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a retro-styled refrigerator and microwave. A casual dining area sits beside the kitchen. Set in the corner beside window, the dining area includes a table, two chairs, and bench seating with yellow-checkered cushions.

There are three bedrooms in the main house. One of these is the primary suite with a king-size bed and turquoise-paneled headboard. The room has sandy-colored shiplap walls, a handsome dresser, TV, and a private bath with a walk-in shower. One of the guest bedrooms has a king-size bed, TV, and ensuite bath. The other guest bedroom includes a twin-over-full bunk, a reading chair, and wall-mounted TV.

Head over to the guest cottage, Bella Luna, where you will find a cozy great room and two bedrooms. The interior showcases its coastal vibe with shiplap walls, white furnishings, and light hardwood floors. In the living area, a cream-colored couch faces a TV and built-in shelving. The adjacent dine-in kitchen has white cabinetry, an island with seating for two, and a turquoise refrigerator that matches the one in the main house. A sliding barn door off the living area leads to a king-size guest bedroom. The primary suite is located up the stairs and includes a king-size bed, TV, and ensuite bath.

Not only will guests love the relaxed vacation accommodations of the Magnolia House, but they will also love the property’s convenient Grayton Beach location. The beach, Western Lake, and the historic village center are all within walking distance. The village is made up of an eclectic variety of restaurants, bars, and specialty shops. Staying in Grayton also means guests are near each of the other quaint beach towns that dot Scenic Highway 30A, from Dune Allen Beach to Alys Beach. Each of these towns offers its own unique selection of bars, restaurants, art galleries, and boutiques—so you can taste a different flavor of the coast in every town!
