Little Apple Abode was designed for clean, comfortable stays. Located within walking distance from Bill Snyder Family Stadium it's also a convenient place to stay for ballgames, graduations, weddings and work trips. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet and easy to get to. The living room features leather furniture and a 65" HDTV with Amazon Prime & Netflix. A fully loaded kitchen with regular size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave; table and chairs for four. The outdoor patio is located off the kitchen with table and seating for six, feel free to use the gas grill for a fun evening on the patio. New washer/dryer is available for use. Both bathrooms have been remodeled to include modern amenities. Each bedroom contains new beds with nice linens and a luggage bay for suitcases and hanging clothes.

Perfectly located home: just minutes from campus. Minutes from Bill Snyder family stadium. Came to town for a college visit and was very happy with the home and the location. May be back in the spring for a second visit and will definitely try to use the same house:

This place was perfect for our three couples who came to town to attend both the women’s and men’s basketball games. It was so convenient and it had everything we needed. GO CATS!

Our daughter attends KState. This darling home was a great fit, for a "home away from home", for our visit. Loved all the thoughtful touches! Enclosed backyard for littles, if needed. Top notch! Easy check in, great communication.

KSU Family Weekend

Three couples stayed in this nicely renovated home. Very clean. Plenty of space. Kitchen was very nice and appropriately stocked...even had Starbucks coffee waiting for us (nice touch!). Easy walk (1 mile) to the stadium. Nice picnic table and chairs in a fenced backyard. Probably the only complaint would be that the nice king sized bed was way too soft for us (and our friends said the same for their king and queen beds).
