The space
Lovely Old Florida Key West Inspired Bungalow. Guests will enjoy the main house with private entry via the front door. Once in the home guests will enter an open living room leading into the Florida room surrounded by windows with lots of natural light overlooking the pool and lush garden. The kitchen provides all necessities to prepare meals, coffee and tea. The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and direct entry to the bathroom with a spacious shower. Laundry room with washer and dryer is just beyond the kitchen. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful areas for daily walks. Parking for one car in the carport with additional parking spot in the driveway.
Guest access
The main house is offered to guests with private front door entry. Guests can enjoy the living room, Florida room, dining area, kitchen, laundry room, bedroom and bathroom. Outside seating with access to the pool and gazebo in a lush garden.
Other things to note
Guests will be able to enter the main house using a keypad with access code provided upon arrival.
ONLY guests registered at the time of booking are permitted.
Visitors, parties or events are not allowed.
Pool has a very deep end and DOES NOT have a security fence. It is not possible to host children due to safety reasons.
