Excellent communication with the owner for directions, door code, Wi-Fi and all about the condo. Clear, easy instructions for day of checkout. Everything in the condo was very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and pieces of cookware not often found in some rentals. Beautiful balcony overlooking the lake and mountains. The bed was very comfortable with a lot of pillows. Loved the fireplace you can run with or without the fan! Great location for restaurants & shops in Dillon/Silverthorne. Quick drive to Frisco or Breckenridge for shopping and dining. Highly recommend!

The property was pretty dated. Area rugs were worn curling up and a trip hazard. Furniture in the main room was getting saggy and uncomfortable. Kitchen was poorly stocked, for example no salt. The bed is very low to the floor. On the positive side it was clean and the view was tremendous

Great location with spectacular views of Lake Dillon. Property is clean and well maintained. Living room TV above the fireplace is high quality and very nice to unwind in the evening. The electric fireplace creates a great ambiance without the fuss of burning wood. I look forward to staying here again and again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this lakeside condo. The location was perfectly situated for the winter activities we planned. The condo, itself, was clean and the beds relatively comfortable. Modest kitchen supplies (we never cooked) are provided. We had a little hiccup when checking in, but Michael quickly made it right, which was appreciated. Thank you!

This place was like walking into a new unit

The unit was fantastic and so was the communication with the mgr. This place could easily pass for brand new. Very clean and well kept. As a bonus, there was plenty of shopping and restaurants very very near by. The area and views from the living room were beautiful
