We are located in SE Ocala, in a quiet non gated community, all of single family homes, great for all ages.

It's about 3 miles to Fort King National Historic Landmark, 4 miles to downtown Ocala, 5 miles to Tuscawilla Park, 6.7 miles to Silver Springs State Park, 11.9 miles to the World Equestrian Center (WEC), and 20.6 miles from HITS.

Final Notes:

It is a 3 bedroom + dedicated office/2 bath home and allow up to 6 people comfortably (main bedroom has King size bed, bedroom two has a queen size bed, and bedroom three has another queen size bed).

The fireplace is decorative for looks only - it does not operate nor function correctly and is never to be used.

Pets might be allowed on a case by case basis and a higher rate and/or additional cleaning fees will be required due to more deep cleaning needed. This needs to be agreed upon before booking and only agreed upon pets are allowed. Pets need to either be inside a crate inside the home/garage/Florida room or in the fenced backyard at all times.

There is no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property or premises whether inside or out - no cigarettes, no cigars, no vaping, no weed, absolutely nothing. There is absolutely no illegal drug use allowed anywhere on the property or premises.

Please note: There will be a non negotiable minimum $1500 cleaning fee added on for any smoking or drug use on the premises for any reason during your stay and/or any pets not disclosed and/or agreed upon before booking and abiding by pet rules - and guest is 100% responsible for their pets actions, behavior, and any damage caused.
