Our centrally located Lake Havasu home has everything your family will need for an enjoyable vacation. Five minute to the lake or London Bridge entertainment district. Three bedrooms with a large master bedroom, sleeps 8 comfortably with 2 full bathrooms. The game room has two authentic Vegas slot machines along with foosball and a Wii console for the kids. Out back you will enjoy a large shaded back yard that includes a covered patio that sits 10 comfortably (with a TV for watching those sporting events), pool, hot tub, putting green, corn hole game and barbecue.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a blast staying on the property, the owners were very polite and very communicative. We plan on staying again. The pool was beautiful. The games and family items were a plus. This house has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful stay on Lake Havasu.

Great place to stay in. Sharon (owner), was awesome. Had to communicate with her twice, she was responsive in seconds. Pool area was great, the play room kept a 12 year old busy all night. All in all great place we will be staying there again

This stunning home with a grand and also comfortable feel made our family holiday trip extra special. The beautiful backyard with spa/pool and games and amenities and the gaming room with actual Vegas like slot machines and the gorgeous kitchen area were all part of a great stay. The owner was super helpful and welcoming with timely communications of house details as needed. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay. Property manager was very responsive to our needs. Would have liked the hot tub to be a little warmer but overall we had an excellent time. Would definitely stay at this property again if available. Will recommend this house to anyone staying in the area.

This property was everything and more than was advertised. It is a very well equipped and comfortable home. The owner was very responsive and quick to fix the only problem we had during our stay. We would highly recommend this property and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This house was fantastic. Great location. Nice neighborhood. The house was stocked with absolutely everything you need. We loved the hot tub too. Our favorite rental in Havasu so far. We would definitely rent it again. We loved it!

Amazing!

The home was just like pictured and the owners are so responsive and kind. Perfect home for families with many games and activities for the kids (and adults). We were able to park in the garage which was so appreciative in the AZ heat. Great neighborhood and close to the Lake. Really enjoyed this amazing property and we will be back

Wonderful retreat and close to everything!

We absolutely loved staying at this property! The home was cozy, had everything you could need and all the things you could forget to make your stay comfortable. The house was beautifully decorated, the landscape was lovely, and the pool and putting green was well used during our stay. Our hosts/the owners were kind, helpful, and communicative. We will visit LHC again, and we will absolutely rent this house again if we have the option!

First and not last trip to Havasu

Sharon and Pat have the perfect home for a getaway to Lake Havasu. Loved the backyard. Plenty of shade under the huge patio. Pool was refreshing after a long day at the channel or on the lake. Everything was as advertised and then some. Thank you and we'll be back in the future!

A home away from home with a great Southern theme throughout

This home is clean, welcoming and complete many added amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped with items that you can use for all your cooking needs as well as those small patio and swimming intimate gatherings. The swimming pool and backyard are perfectly equipped for fun and enjoyment. This home is greatly centered around shopping, eating establishments and the London Bridge with easy access. We are hoping to visit this home again for our vacation get aways.

Fun Vacation

The house was the perfect size to fit our group of 8. It was well equipped with kitchen essentials, towels, and bath supplies. The backyard hosted many activities for the kids and adults. I was pleasantly surprised with the garage. It had an extra fridge for drinks and a washer and dryer. The driveway was long enough for our tuck and boat. The best part was that the launch ramp was about 5 minutes away. Surprisingly on a holiday weekend it was not too busy either.

I love this house for you

It was very comfortable. We didn't feel like we were staying in someone else's house it was very homing. We didn't feel the need to even leave the property. It had all the amenities and everything we need right there . We did only have one lounge chair. It would have been nice to have more. We added some floaties and a blow up pump to the small collection. That was there for future guests.

My husband and I love the outdoors which includes all water sports, ATV riding., hiking,, bike riding, and traveling to new places. We fell in love with Lake Havasu immediately with its diverse culture, wonderful people and endless adventures to explore. We purchased this beautiful home because of all the amenities that it provides for a perfect vacation. Located 5 minutes from the Lake in a wonderful neighborhood, 10 minutes from downtown which provides lots of outstanding local eateries and fun nightlife, and then the London bridge park with its community music events and endless adventures. If you want to gamble a little it's only a Ferry's ride away so what more could you ask for?? We plan on eventually retiring in Lake Havasu but until that time we want to share our beautiful home with others so that you may fall in love with Lake Havasu as we did.
