Welcome Friends! Enjoy Lake Gaston sun while relaxing on the patio. Grill steaks on two outside BBQ grills. Roast marshmallows in the firepit. This beautiful six bedroom waterfront home is fully equipped for fun. Our game room entertains the kids with an arcade and Xbox system. The Inn at Raintree is the perfect place to gather family and friends together. At the boathouse, a pontoon boat is available for weekly rental directly from the homeowner . The boathouse also has an open slip if you want to bring your own boat. You can also use our two jet ski lifts.. Use a kayak, or canoe or float around in a tube. Children will enjoy playing in the sandbox.. Relax and enjoy a great lake vacation!

Family vacation

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Inn At Raintree. We spent a majority of our time at the dock and in the lake. The area is a great place for tubing with the kids. Dock is a great place to gather as is the screened-in porch. The living area is comfy and held our group for game nights. Steve was a wonderful, responsive host. Our family hopes to return next year.

After a couple of little mishaps it was great. Second year here . Love the location. Steve was great on letting us get things workout at the house. Great host. Will be back. I have a big family. Lots of room for all of us. Thanks Steve.

Excellent lake house

We had a wonderful time at the lake. The house was spacious, nicely appointed and very clean. Bill was a great host - very responsive and helpful. We rented a boat with the house and the kids had a great time water-skiing. I would highly recommend this property.

Raintree is a very safe neighborhood. Feel free to stroll around the grounds. All of our neighbors love the lake life.. The lake house is located close to the quaint town of Littleton with stores and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

Staying at my house is like being home - only better! We have a superb kitchen with everything you will need. You can view sunsets on the water while relaxing on our large screened porch. Escape to the boathouse to sample the aquatic fun. Our stone patio is a good place to gather around the firepit. BBQ on the Weber grill for a special treat. Hang with the kids in our well- equipped game room. The kitchenette has a fridge for cold drinks and a microwave to pop some corn. Catch a movie on one of our eight televisions. The Inn at Raintree is the perfect place to create precious vacation memories..
