The space:
Our spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 9 people. There are two bedrooms with king-sized beds, one with a queen-sized bed, and one with a bunk bed that has a full bottom bunk and a twin upper bunk. There’s plenty of clothing storage space to use and blackout shades in each bedroom.

Feel like you’re at a 5-star hotel in our lavish bathrooms - two have separate rainfall showers and soaking tubs, and the third full bathroom features a combo bathtub/shower. Linens and toiletries are provided, of course!

The pristine and spacious kitchen features state-of-the-art appliances, plus all of the cooking essentials, and overlooks the home's open floor plan. Enjoy a delicious meal in the dining area or relax in the cozy lounge area while enjoying a movie!

The home also has an EV charger that was recently added, as well as a washing machine and dryer. Make use of the dedicated workspace that offers privacy in case someone needs to get work done.

Soak in the sun or sip a cool beverage in the shade of our covered patio out back! Enjoy the clear blue Florida skies and fresh air!

Guest access:
Check in is 3pm or anytime after and check out is by 10am. There is garage parking which will fit two regular-sized cars or one large SUV. There is also street parking available.

Our house is located right in the heart of the action. The restaurants and bars of Howard Ave and the shops and eateries of Hyde Park Village are just a short walk away. You will also be close by to:

The area also boasts scenic parks, including the iconic Bayshore Boulevard, a waterfront promenade perfect for leisurely strolls or jogging/biking with breathtaking views of Tampa Bay. With its close proximity to downtown Tampa and access to amenities, Hyde Park is a highly sought-after neighborhood for those seeking an urban, yet relaxing getaway, with a touch of elegance.

Getting around:
The garage can accommodate 2 regular-sized cars or 1 larger SUV. You may also park on the street. If you don’t feel like driving, there’s plenty to do within walking distance from the house, or you can use a rideshare app or local taxi. There is also a bike rental company on Bayshore Boulevard, right near the water, called Coast Bike Share.
