This charming 1940's cottage sits on a wooded private acre looking out over Grand Traverse Bay on Traverse City's famous Old Mission Peninsula with over 100' of pristine sandy beach. Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the bay and calm mornings watching the loons swim by. Grill out on the patio, enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset and the kids playing in the lake on the quiet private beach.
The cottage has 4 bedrooms, 2 on the main floor and 2 on the second floor. 2 bedrooms have queen beds, 1 bedroom is a king and 1 is a double/full bed. (All linens are provided.) There is cable TV and internet - Wi-fi too. There is a laundry room in the smaller cottage/storage building with a full sized washer and dryer. There is a dock you are welcome to use, but not the boat or jet skis for liability reasons.
There is limited parking up by the cottage, but there is additional parking at the end of the driveway.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary dishes, cookware, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove/oven and refrigerator.

"The Peninsula" is famous for its vineyards and wineries...this cottage is close to wineries, the lighthouse park, hiking, kayaking, and many other outdoor activities.
