Galleon if original features were preserved during complete remodel including pictures and artifacts for you to enjoy. Our neighbors have a big horse ranch next to us , so if you are equestrian lover you would enjoy long rides here.. San Diego Wild Animal Park is 15 minutes from us along with endless wineries in Escondido and Temecula..Walnut park with 17 miles of easy level trails is within short walking distance. If you like to challenge yourself and watch most spectacular sunset on San Marcos Mountains or Daley Ranch, they are less than a mile away.
Your Casita is a complete separate building form the main house with walls 18 inches thick, but sometimes you may hear our labs barking. You will have your own heating/cooling system - we kindly asking to turn off when you are not there. Please, bring your favorite robes and slippers for a walk to Jacuzzi which in situated outside about 50 feet from the cottage..
You will be surrounded by nature here for your enjoyment - coyotes may howl distantly at night and and may see some other creatures outside day and night.
Please, keep the wooden gate of your patio CLOSED at all times. We value your privacy, but in case you need something , we are here for you. All area within the bamboo and metal fence is beyond the guests reach. Jacuzzi located outside and just for your enjoyment . Please , keep water at 104 degrees and keep the lid closed and buckled after each use . If you are familiar with wood stove operation , you are welcome to use it . If not , read manual located in the upper kitchen drawer . We provide wood, filtered water for tea/ coffee , all bathroom supplies and great view . Please , take your favorite robes and slippers and walk to jacuzzi outside by the huge eucalyptus tree.
Trash bins located outside , Before you leave , please, take the trash out.
The cottage plumbing ( brand new) works on a sump pump therefor NOTHING, absolutely nothing can be put down the toilet except of toilet paper. In case sump pump stopped working we have to ask the plumber come in and fix it- whole day of work of digging and fixing, hope you will be consciousness enough to keep your deposit.
There is a lot of effort we put into creating this property. you will not find anything closer to it in whole California. Hope you will enjoy your stay. It is magical here!
