This wonderful Casita/Studio is located near to all the fun travel destinations that Southern California has to offer
yet is quiet, private and away from the crowds. Private entrance and a place to unwind and just enjoy the
beautiful and art-filled tropical gardens.
1 Queen Bed w/lovely linens for comfortable sleeping, a Flip Sofa for added sleeping space, Full bathroom and large walk in shower, Kitchenette with all the necessities.

PLEASE NOTE: We are 100% No Smoking/ Vaping/Drugs or Pets... if you can't abide by these rules, please don't choose to stay at our property.

Enjoyed our stay. The casita offered all the amenities needed. Comfy bed, relaxing atmosphere, clean bathroom, well stocked kitchenette, and a warm, homemade loaf of banana bread. Our host Nancy, went over and above to create a great stay. The outside gardens and available parking made for the perfect stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the casita. Even though we had an issue, Nancy worked with us to resolve it and was very communitive. The backyard was beautiful and there were several nice amenities including coffee, tea, movies, books and games. The small off-street parking space was perfect and convenient.

The casita was very clean and well-supplied, including coffee. The bed was very comfortable, and the location is also very nice and quiet, which was great for sleeping. There are a few hummingbird and other bird feeders in the backyard, so there is a lot of bird activity. Couple this with the sound of the fountain, and it makes sitting outdoors very relaxing. We also got a chance to meet Nancy (the host), who is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Vista.

Fantastic property with all sorts of extra amenities, from the chocolate chip banana bread to the excellent coffee and every utensil you could think of! Beach, chairs, umbrella, towels, books, movies, games, best place I have ever rented! Hummingbirds every morning to greet you and a beautiful patio to sit down on.

The casita was the perfect spot for our getaway to Vista. The place was clean and just as expected. There was even chocolate chip and walnut banana bread. The backyard is cute and we saw tons of hummingbirds. We were in town to go to the breweries in North County and this spot was perfectly located for that! It was a great stay. I can’t recommend it enough!

Small but functional. Host is great! Very accommodating. Yard is beautiful, expands the "living area" immensely.Very clean.Shower door rather low, hard to keep water from spraying out. Parking is okay. It works, but prob best for a more compact car than ours.

Great little retreat

Built our home, and we raised our two children here,
now both married with children of their own. Still local, we
get to enjoy seeing our 6 grandchildren grow which is
a true blessing to us.
Our Casita was born in 2012 (having a builder for a husband is great) :-) thus fulfilling my dream to
have a sweet little place for friends and family to enjoy; giving all who visit a place to rest, recharge
and discover new and interesting places to see and experience.

Why they chose this property

We built on this property because of the central location to anything and everything you may ever need, but, far enough away to have peace and quiet. Having an ocean view and beautiful sunsets is a wonderful added bonus!

What makes this property unique

Our Casita is located 3 minutes from the 78 Hwy so getting around is incredibly easy. Once here you will be surrounded by our gardens with lovely mosaic tile work, that I have enjoyed creating through the years, and beautiful running fountain to add to the peacefulness and enjoyment of visiting birds, butterflies and dragonflies too.
