A private home, you'll have the whole place to yourself. (Remember to respect the neighbors!). One King bed and 2 queens spread out thru out the house, no shared walls. Perfect when you have loud sleeper travel mate! spacious living room to hang out, watch your favorite movies or play games. But, that's not the only hang out! Outdoor back patio is covered overhead, clear glass to enjoy the evening sky, with patio lights to enjoy seeing your company! BQ too! Large back yard if you brought a furry friend. One full bathroom. Laundry in house. All linens, towels, shampoo conditioner and body wash provided so no need to drag it along!

Philomath and Corvallis make up a quaint college community with funky stores downtown, an impressive farmer's market, and delicious farm-to-table restaurants. There are wineries to tour, an Alpaca farm less than a mile away, and summertime concerts to enjoy July Thru August !

Enjoy the convenience of your own driveway for parking and take advantage of the ample free street parking.

Extra Guests:
The listing is priced at two people, each additional overnight guest is only 20 pp/nt. This helps us keep it low for all the 2 person travelers, but flexible for adding others if needed. When you enter the correct number of travelers, it will give you the correct pricing

*****Pet Policy:

We are glad to host your pets too. There is a $20 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $50 per month). Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. We ask for compliance in a few house rules:

* Do NOT invite them onto the furniture so we can keep it in great condition for all who are to come!
* Do NOT Leave them alone unkenneled. We do offer a Rover Service if you need to be gone and need care for your pet. Ask us about it.
* DO NOT allow them onto the bedroom carpets. Keeping the doors closed will make this easy. We just replaced the carpets and want to keep them fresh and pet smell free. When the carpet was pulled up, there were MANY pet stains. All owners say the same thing about their pets. “They are well house trained”.
* If you are staying in the properties with floor rugs, please roll them up and put to the side. This is in your best interest. Pets DO pee on the rugs when you not looking. Trust us on this!
* Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided to ensure compliance.
* Let me know if you do not have extra bedding for them, I will provide it to you
There is a $20 per week per pet fee, I will send a request for the additional amount once you book. Check your email that is associate with this app. or go to this link .You can pay the fee through the Resolution Center .Depending on the unit you are staying in; the jetted tub, regular tub or showers are for humans only.

Also, when taking your pet out to do their thing, please either pick up after them, or take them into the field or away from the obvious yard area to do their do! Other guests will greatly appreciate your taking responsibility for this . Failure to do so, will result in $$$$ you pay, for us to hire someone to do it! If not sure , just message. We honestly do not care if it is in the field.
Lastly , we offer Rover service , if you are going to be gone and cannot take your animal or kennel them .
