Nicely decorated second floor two bedroom villa in the heart of Sea Pines.

Located in the popular Harbour Town section of the Sea Pines Plantation, this newly renovated condo is a great fit for a perfect vacation. You will have no trouble soaking up some fresh air and sweet sunshine on the private balcony perfect for enjoying your morning coffee! Plus, the fully stocked kitchen and smart TVs in every bedroom will make rainy days or quiet evenings spent indoors a blast. Regardless of whether you have spent all day golfing, relaxing on the beach, or sightseeing, the calming mint-green accents and modern comforts of this home-away-from-home will greet you with open arms!

The main living area is nice and open, perfect for nights with the family. The updated kitchen is fully equipped and has bar seating for two. The dining seats four and opens directly into the cozy living room, with sliding door to the little balcony. The main bedroom has a king bed, tv, and a private bathroom with a large walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, bunk bed, and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The Sea Pines Plantation is Hilton Head Island's original and largest planned resort. Hilton Head's famous lighthouse, shops, and restaurants are just a walk away. Not to mention, there are miles of bike trails perfect for exploring the beautiful scenery around. Spend the day riding horses at Lawton Stables or golfing with friends and family. Awesome location

Our Mariners Way apartment was in a perfect location! We walked or biked everywhere. The updated bathrooms were lovely and the spacious living room made for an excellent place to relax in the evenings. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place but there’s no parking specifically for your place so on busy nights, you cannot park close if you leave which was very inconvenient and then not having an access to a pool was very disappointing.

Winter in HHI

We were so happy with our apartment. It was roomy, clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Having an elevator was perfect for Seniors like us. The shop owners in Harbour Town were so friendly and kind to us. We found the location perfect for all our needs.

Great location for family stay!

We vacation in Sea Pines every year. This property was perfect for us because we love the Harbour Town views, people & boats coming & going, shopping, etc. We have been fans of the Greg Russell Show for 20 years, so we were right where we could see & hear his show all the time. We ride bikes everywhere we go, so being on the beach was not a problem. We visit Cinnamon Bear shop for ice cream most days, few steps away! The house was recently updated & beautiful & clean! It is equipped with all the dishes & cookware you need. It would be nice to have more forks & spoons. We found it to be one of our favorite locations in Sea Pines! We did have a problem with the kitchen faucet & the emergency maintenance team came right out & fixed it. I also appreciated the mop, broom & vacuum cleaner that was available if you needed it. I would definitely consider staying here again!
