About this property

Reserve our dog friendly, spacious Queens Grant villa, located in Palmetto Dunes. Centrally located on the island, Palmetto Dunes is near shopping, golf, and tennis. The beach is an easy ½ mile bike ride; or hop on the FREE Palmetto “Dune's Buggy” shuttle which runs April – September. The shuttle will pick you up at our front door and transport you not only to the beach, but restaurants, shopping, and the market for groceries. Easy and convenient.

We have 2 FREE Adult Beach Cruisers for your use.

Kick back and relax in the family room that contains a large leather sofa, 55” Smart TV, and free WIFI. We have also included board games and puzzles.

The kitchen has been renovated with granite counter tops, new cabinets, stainless steel appliances as well as a front load washer and dryer. It's well equipped with plenty of new dishes, pot, pans, and all of the cooking utensils you need.

The luxurious master bedroom features a king size Tempur-Pedic mattress, and a wall mounted flat screen TV. Access from the master to the over-sized deck, showcases a large oak tree providing shade when needed.

The deck overlooks a lagoon which hosts a variety of wildlife, including turtles, various bird species, and usually an alligator or two. The deck also features a gas grill, dining table, and plenty of seating.

The second bedroom provides one queen bed, one twin bed and also has a wall mounted flat screen TV. Our villa has the capacity to sleep 5.

Upgrades to the bathroom include a custom tile shower with a rain “shower head”.

An outside shower is located in the service area to wash off those sandy feet.

There are 5 pools located inside Queens Grant, and you are free to use any of them.

Shelter Cove, which is a short bike ride from Palmetto Dunes, features a marina with boat charters and watersport activities along with shopping and restaurants. It also hosts HarbourFest, a family friendly event that takes place every night from mid-June to mid-August and admission is free.

Oh that deck!

This is a great condo for dog friendly people! Right outside the front deck are people walking their dogs, bike riders, and lots of other action! There is an amazing live oak tree right in the middle of the deck and it provides tons of shade! It over looks a lovely lagoon that is home to many turtles, 2 ducks, birds, and an occasional alligator! The inside is cozy and clean and met all of our needs. We had a great stay here, and really enjoyed the whole community!

Nice villa

We had a fantastic stay. The bed was very comfortable and the villa was clean. I enjoyed the kitchen, it was very well equipped. Communication with Gary was very fast. There was a small issue with the washer that he contacted us about when we moved in, he had someone out the next day to fix it. The bikes were very much appreciated as that’s one of our favorite things to do on HHI. Villa is quiet and close to stores, restaurants and the beach. We would return to this villa in the future.

Ideal location in the resort and on HHI We were right around the corner from golf, beach and restaurants. I walked all the time with my little dog and he had enjoyed everything about the location! Large Deck is the best one in Queens Grant it is enclosed with a large beautiful live oak tree built into the deck you can see it from the bedroom sliding glass doors. View of the large lagoon with a water fountain. The furniture is really nice and above average for any rental out there. Spacious living room and master. Owner took care of our questions etc.. very nice and you can tell they care about their rental and your stay. Thumbs up I would stay again if it works out with availability.

Perfect home away from home

My husband and I have been at this property for the second time this winter. And just like the first time, we felt like home. The property owner has been maintaining and improving the property beautifully. Even after three weeks we didn’t want to leave. Looking forward to coming back soon.

One of the BEST vacation rentals out there

Just returned from a two-week stay and our third vacation at this property. I can't say enough good things as it is our favorite of the many rentals we have used. The pictures and listing are 100% accurate, so if you like what you see and read, book it if you can find an opening as this unit often books up well in advance. We can't wait to return here for our fourth visit.
