I am a fullownership owner from this amaizing Studio In the exclusive resort of Cabo villas beach resort ,now know as CACHET 'the heart of Cabo' This awesome unit is located on the top floor of the resort on the only beach front building.
YOU CAN ALWAYS REQUEST TO BOOK JUST THE STUDIO OR AS A 2 BEDROOM AS I OWN A UNIT THAT CAN BE ATACHED TO THE CORNER BEACHFRONT PRESIDENTIAL SUITE! The best location in Cabo, beachfront and 1 block away from town.
Our penthouse is exactly in front of the main beach and the famous arch of Cabo.
We have a concierge service, they can help you book all your activities and give you all the information you need without having to attend a timeshare presentation.
I don't know if you have been to Cabo before or if you are familiar with the area, this penthouse is located on the main beach, the only safe beach to swim and where the nice restaurants, bars and all the fun stuff, also 1 block away from down town. This penthouse studio is the best location of Cabo AND the resort. We are in the only building in the resort that is beach front and yes, you get DAILY MAID SERVICE and ALL the usual services that come with the resort like towels and use of all the areas; gym, spa, beach club, restaurants, room service, etc.... Awesome location.
Once you confirm with us that you want the unit we send you a letter of confirmation from the resort with you names and dates then you can call the resort to confirm. once you do We take 50% deposit the remainder must to be paid 30 days before the day of your arrival Or in the day of your arrival if you want to pay it us personally in cash.
RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS;
Once you confirm with us your week; We call the reservations department, we send you a letter of confirmation from the resort with your names dates with the resort # so you can call and confirm that your dates and names are correct, once you confirm with the resort we take 50% deposit and the remainder the day of your arrival or whenever is convenient for you. The reason we do it this way is to give the renter all the guarantees and security they need to have a great vacation.
Our cancellation policies are the same of the resort with the difference that we only take 50% deposit and not 100% and if you cancel and we rent the unit at the last minute you get your deposit back.

Perfect Location

Great little studio. Ocean view with a very short walk to the Marina. There is construction going on from 9am to 9pm daily, however, it wasn't too awful. Thanks for having us! Note: The Room is directly under the Baja Brewery (rooftop bar) which can be quite noisy from 8-10pm due to local bands playing.

Amazing mornings facing the full ocean

I would love to share my amazing experience at this beautiful 2 bedroom penthouse locate it at Cabo Villas Beach Resort facing the ocean , I had stay in many properties in Cabo san Lucas such as pedregal , cabo del sol, casa dorada , but this 2 bedroom is the best one from all Cabo as its right in front at the main beach from Cabo called Medano which is one of the only swimminable beach from the area (safe for kids ) , 5 minutes walking distance to downtown , direct access to the beach , highly recommended . Thank you, Dora, for such as great experience as we really enjoy your condominium and all the staff from Cabo villas as they were friendly and helpful. Before I booked this trip I saw some reviews about construction and I was little bit concern about that ,but as soon as I arrive I noticed that the construction does not bother you as it’s on the opposite side of our condominium , the noise is really low so there is nothing to worry as you can enjoy pools, resort jacuzzi , restaurants , amazing sun deck , cabanas and umbrellas. DO NOT LET THE construction REVIEWS make you go somewhere else as I almost did it myself and trust me this place its worthy, all my family including my grand ma enjoyed it Thank you Dora Emily Charlotte

We booked the incredible looking unit anticipating a lovely week in a great location but it was less than satisfactory. The owner of the unit was there the week before us but failed to ever disclose that there was major construction underway directly above us. Cabo Villas is undergoing construction of a new tower next to this building but the major issue is that they are building a bar on the roof directly above. On a good day this starts at 7am and goes until 7pm....on a bad day of which we had 2 it goes all night and you don't sleep at all! I imagine construction will go on all winter and eventually the end result will be a bar above you. When we informed owner of the problem she first plead ignorance then said the resort would do something for us. We never heard from her again and the resort did nothing for us. The place is beautiful but be warned.

Under Construction !!!!

Cabo is a wonderful destination and this resort places you in the center of the action. The owner of the property is prompt, kind, and helpful. The resort staff are also kind and helpful and work hard to provide you a great vacation. The resort is tired but clean. The unit is oceanfront with a breath taking view. I would rate this 4 stars if not for the construction. This unit is the penthouse suite and the construction on the roof starts early morning and extends into the evening. Sleeping past 7am, napping, enjoying a quiet day or evening in would be impossible. The roof top construction is loud and obnoxious. They are currently demolishing one of the properties towers for future construction. Large Excavators with jackhammers attached, dump trucks, and cranes make it impossible to spend quiet time by the pool. Take my advise and avoid this place until the construction is complete!

Didn't get the room we reserved and paid for.....

My wife and I have stayed in this room several times in the past. The room is very nice, and the location is even better. Right on the beach with a great view. Unfortunately, our stay this year was a disappointment. When we arrived, the hotel staff informed us our room was no longer available. After several hours of waiting, we were given a different room. The room we received was much smaller, needed maintenance, was not beach front, was not a penthouse and was located in a construction zone. Apparently, the resort is undergoing an extensive renovation. We had to walk up wood planks and scaffolding to get to our room. The entire resort was under extensive construction. We rented a beach front room, but our view was a hotel tower being demolished. Loud, dirty and an eye sore. Not what we expected for us and our guests. We contacted the owner when we arrived back home. We advised her of the situation and that we did not get the room we rented. We also asked for a refund. We were told that in addition to the renovation, there was storm damage to our original room. We were also told we would not be receiving a refund. While I understand that storm damage may be unavoidable, the storm was two weeks prior to our trip. The renovation has been on-going. There was plenty of time to notify us of the damage, and that the entire resort was under construction. Had we known, we could have made more suitable arrangements for us, and our guests. Bottom line - we did not get the room we reserved and paid for. Nor did we get a comparable room or refund. Simple communication would allowed us to make another selection.

Major construction going on a the resort. Jackhammers going constantly from 8am-6pm.

Room is as described. Great location right on the beach. Unit is on the top floor with a great view. Couple problems. One of the bedrooms is connected to the suite be a hall and if you open either the main suit or second room door the air-conditioning automatically shuts off. There is no run the ac without the doors being fully shut, so you constantly have to have a key card on you to open both doors when you are moving around the suite. The major problem is the construction that is going on. They are completely demolishing one of their buildings. They have huge jackhammers going from 8am-6pm everyday. We where not told about at any time. We got a rude surprise the first morning at 8am. The construction is very loud. It would be impossible for anyone to sleep.

great location middle of medano beach. we were there for new years eve and it was stunning. fireworks going off within a hundred yards, great show. unit was very clean and comfortable. some things getting worn, age is showing but great place. would definitely stay again. restaurant tips are peacocks down the street, Bahia hotel restaurant across the street. both great. some great places in town. don't be afraid to walk around area is very safe. been bring family to cabo for 20 years.

Greatest Location!

Our family stayed over the Christmas holiday and loved Cabo Villas. The staff was professional, the service was top-notch, and the facilities were perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed the Beach Club the most and walking to the Marina. Thanks for a great stay. We will be back!

Best Location Possible in Cabo

We recently stayed at the Cabo Villas Beach Resort - "Sandoval Penthouse" and were blown away by the views. It is located ideally for watching the crowds on the beach, hearing the ocean, watching the cruise ships come in, etc. Note, the balcony railings are pretty low (around knee high) which made us a bit nervous. The decor is a little dated, but the beds were comfortable and the staff around the pool was excellent. Jerry at the main pool was super friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arose.

The View!!

Very lovely stay. The view is amazing! The suite is very nice. We spent most days on the beach. We also got some groceries and cooked our own breakfast and lunch. I would recommend bringing your own pour-over coffee brewer and filters. Yes, they do ask you to go on a 90 min tour when you check in. We declined, but there were some good incentives if you do the tour. It wasn't our thing so we opted not to go. Overall, great experience and plenty of good restaurants just out the main entrance. Highly recommend!

Nice but would not return

First I will list the cons: Upon arrival we were forced to listen to timeshare speech which lasted 45 minutes only after I was slightly rude insisting we booked through VRBO to avoid it. It still took speaking to several women and a man, before we were able to even get the key. Meanwhile our groceries sat in the hot sun waiting to be taken to our room. The furniture was only ok, not high end or anything great, the foldout bed was extremely uncomfortable. The condo states it can sleep 8 however we had 5 and all sleeping areas were utilized. There is no video library, and after calling and visiting front desk a total of 6 times I finally gave up. They did not have any movies at the front desk ever. The phone and the coffee maker in main unit. ended up using the one in the lockout unit instead. Sleeping was easy since all the music stopped about 10:30, but it was impossible to sit on the lovely patio in the evening and hear any one band. Due to the proximity of the bars on the beach and the brewery, we would often hear 4 bands at one time, all playing different music. Lastly I should note the pool. There was no view of the ocean from the pool unless you stood up. Pool games were the same daily and loud. We often used quiet pool above. Pros: Location! This was great and so much easier than where we stayed before. Walking to the marina and to Medano Beach was very easy and doable, even in the hot weather. The wifi in the unit worked great. Since we had more than 4 smart phones and computers we had to obtain a second password from the front desk but that was easy and my son as able to register for his college classes easily. We really liked the balcony with the Jacuzzi. There was plenty of room for all of us to sit around comfortably. Binoculars would be smart to take because of the ocean activity and the people watching. However, we were only able to use the balcony in the late afternoon and evening as the time of year we were there made it too hot. The shade provided by being on a lower floor would have been nice this time of year. The air conditioning worked well making the rooms ice cold if desired, but all doors and windows, including front doors to adjoining room needed to be closed. Lastly the maid service was excellent, she was very accommodating, and having the daily maid service was a plus in a condo where you often do not get that. These reviews are important to me so I needed to share this info.

One of my favorite vacation ever

2 weeks ago we stayed at this great suite ,the accommodation is very comfortable and spacious for the 5 of us. the area had everything nice beach ,restaurants,beautiful marina near by,great service at the resort. however nothing comes close to the spectacular view from the roomy balcony we all spent hours in the Jacuzzi looking at the ocean and the beach,and all kind of ships,boats,yachts and cruiseships. highly recommended, definitely going back.

The best unit in all of Cabo

We recently stayed in this unit inside the Cabo Villas resort in early June. The unit was worth every penny and truly yielded the best view in all of cabo. The staff at Cabo Villas were extremely helpful in providing us with all the amenities and information we needed to make our trip fun and relaxing. the check in process was easy as it was all done through the hotel. The hot tub and balcony overlooked medano beach and the bay giving the most beautiful panoramic view. The room was furnished exquisitely and there was a pull out sofa bed. would highly recommend this unit to anyone

Great View and Terrace

If you enjoy FrontRowSeating.....-this is the place to see the Beach-LandsEnd-Nightlife-CruiseShips-PartyBoats-...basically everything that is happening on and along the beach. Spent early mornings in the hot tub watching the colorful sunrise, and shady evenings on the terrace w friends n family having apps n drinks. GREAT TERRACE!! About the interior-now I have to be honest-the word "underwhelming" describes it for me. The actual hard surfaces are beautiful, but the furniture is dated and not comensurate with the granduer of the ocean front location! Full size refer is nice, basic utensils are ok....uh NO coffee or filters left us using a napkin filter the first morning and thank goodness I threw in a bag of Starbucks from home. Better bring salt n pepper too!I guess since this is a private unit, you get nice daily maid service-but thats it. Bed in master is great! Beautiful tub n shower- but only luke warm water most days.....Safe did not work so had to hide our cash n valuables. (details matter?) AC was ok if we left shades closed mornings while sun was direct. Our kids stayed in the lock off 1BR, and it was convenient and fine. Liked the extra outside locking door to both entry doors. SOOOOO....if for $500 a nite you expect an elegant and well furnished interior to go along with the view and location......not so much here. BUT if you want front row seats from a great terrace-this is the place!

Beautiful unit with amazing views!

My husband and I left the kids at home and came to Cabo for a four night stay. The unit was exactly as described and beautiful. I would say not a great place for kids, the railing is really low and I would've been nervous the entire time. Also in the heart of everything so little louder at night. When checking in I definitely felt the pressure of the timeshare people. Do not sign up for anything when you're checking in, just tell them you're not interested. The owners were great as we were booking, but then complete radio silence leading up to our stay and during our stay. I emailed and texted with a couple questions and never got responses. Overall a wonderful stay and would definitely love to visit again with a group of friends, but would probably opt for something else if we brought the kids.
