When reserving the entire house guests will have the King bed master downstairs and two Queen bedrooms upstairs, an office loft, and 2.5 bathrooms, living and dining rooms, laundry, and a fully equipped kitchen.
47th Place is not pet-friendly. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Two adults staying in the lower level only at $199 per night, plus a time cleaning fee and local lodging taxes. When more people stay, there will be an additional $29 per person per night charge. When guests reserve only the lower level, they will have access to the King master bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, living and dining rooms, laundry, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Great house all new!!

Very well done vacation rental close to campus an downtown shops an restaurants. Non standard pricing but agreeable upon explanation. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home

Perfect place to stay while visiting Corvallis. Very comfortable, new, and clean home. Wonderful, over the top customer service provided by the property management company. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Best-equipped short-term rental ever!

The house was outstanding in every way, but what really stood out was how well-equipped it was. The kitchen was like cooking at home: pots & pans, utensils, spices, condiments. The same was true in other parts of the house. Alexandra is a professional an it shows.

My first career was in the high-tech industry as a project management professional for many years and now I am enjoying using my skills in a different and creative way. Remodeling and decorating have always brought me joy. During my first career, I had a chance to travel across Asia and Europe gaining a breath of knowledge related to creating simple, home-like lodging comforts. Using Feng Shui principles, modern comfortable furnishing and natural lines are key attributes used designing, in partnership with our clients, each Fernwood Circle Guest House. In my second career, as lodging provider and licensed property manager in the State of Oregon, since 2019, I love my work and look forward to working with clients that have an interest in utilizing their real estate assets to provide upscale lodging options to business and leisure travels.

The property has beautiful views of Corvallis and it is my favorite.
Quiet and peaceful and the a beautiful perennial garden with no grass to mow.

Quiet neighbor neighborhood, the suite gets a lot of light two 2.5 blocks to the bus line, simple elegance with comfortable furnishings.
