The world feels hushed here, only the rustle of desert breeze and the glow of Sedona’s cliffs accompany your morning. As night falls, warmth from the fire pit flickers across the stone, and the sky reveals a canopy of stars while you soak in the bubbling hot tub.

Sleeping arrangements
Inside this walk-out basement apartment, a peaceful bedroom with a king bed invites you to rest after a day of exploring Uptown Sedona. Soft Cariloha linens, room-darkening shades, and extra pillows help you settle in for the night. In the living room, two twin beds on trundles provide additional sleeping space, ideal for children or extra guests. A walk-in closet and dresser offer plenty of room for unpacking and feeling at home.

Bathroom
The apartment includes one bathroom featuring hot water, a bidet, and both a tub and shower. Bathroom essentials such as towels, soap, and Suave toiletries are provided, along with a hair dryer and cleaning products to keep everything fresh during your stay.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen gives you everything you need to cook and share meals. You’ll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking basics. A Keurig coffee machine and wine glasses make it easy to enjoy quiet mornings or evenings in. With free driveway parking and keypad self check-in, your arrival is seamless from the moment you pull in.

Guests can access the entire basement and patio with all the privacy away from the main house area. Guests do not have access to main house area. You may hear guests upstairs but won’t see them.

Road Construction Update:
5/2/25: The road is now paved, and there is no more dirt path or tractors on the way to the home. Road work is fully complete by this home and is now only up the road.

Please do not set the AC lower than 75. It will freeze and stop working.

NONE OF THE SPACE IS SHARED WITH THE UPSTAIRS UNIT. THE HOT TUB IS COMPLETELY PRIVATE AND THE UPSTAIRS UNIT HAS THEIR OWN HOT TUB/FIRE PIT AS WELL.

There is a large stone stair-case that you have to go up and down everytime you enter or leave the property.

The location and views were excellent and better than described. Walking to Up Town for dinner was closer than expected. Love how the view of the Red Rocks changes between sunrise and sunset.

Great views and great location

Great spot for a weekend trip to Sedona! House was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Patio had excellent views, location was great for getting around. We did have a car so getting to and from the shuttle lots and trail heads was easier, ymmv if you don’t have one.Host promptly answered our questions when asked and had all the check in info ready in advance.Highly recommend!
