The space
Our home is located in the historic district of Toledo known as the Old West End. Our home is also centrally located from The Huntington Center, The Seagate Center, Toledo Museum of Art, Toledo Mudhens Stadium, Toledo Walleye, Toledo Hospital, The University of Toledo, The Toledo Zoo, and The Docks at International Park on the Maumee River, for a fantastic selection of restaurants! Awaken to the view of a beautifully landscaped park filled with the aroma of flowers and a delightful gazebo! This park and gazebo are a premier location for outdoor weddings and we are located right next door! Our neighborhood is filled with homeowners who take pride in preserving and maintaining the historic nature of the homes! Take a walk and browse some of the unique homes located in our neighborhood! Carriage houses, maids quarters, butlers' pantries, milk delivery doors, original hardwood floors, and 6" baseboards, are a few of the features found in homes in the area! Come and have a unique experience of a home built in 1910! They certainly don't build homes like this anymore! As always, purchasing from our local shops help support small businesses!! All floors and fabric furniture are steam cleaned between each visit. All surfaces including door knobs, light switches, and remote controls are wiped down and cleaned as well. Bedroom #1-Queen size bed. Bedroom #2-Queen size bed. Street parking. Fire pit available for use. No parties.

Massive space for the money. Kitchen was dine in and there is a dining... full 2nd flr apartment. Of course, old frame house so a bit rough around the edges but was comfortable and w great access. Easy street parking. Wakable neighborhood.

A fun stay for anyone

The home is beautiful and takes you back in time. It's peaceful and is in such a cozy spot in town, right by all of the major attractions. I'd stay here again if I'm around!

Beautiful house in an historic neighborhood

Lovely historic home in an upscale neighborhood. Cassandra was a great host; lots of little touches and amenities in the house, and she responded promptly to several messages. Enjoyed our stay and would stay here again when back in Toledo.

Good overnight stay

Robinwood Drive is a street full of big, beautiful Victorian homes. This second floor unit is huge. The house is old…with creaky floors and doors, and some light fixtures that need attention, but the two of us were there only to sleep and we did sleep well, so all in all no complaints. Great communication from the owner who lives downstairs

My family and I were on a Midwest road trip and Toledo was our halfway point. We chose this home because of its location to the highway and because we needed to do laundry for the last half of our trip and the amenities listed a washer and dryer. Upon arrival, my husband and I looked everywhere because we needed to do a couple loads before heading out the next morning. I tried contacting Casaundra, as she mentioned living on the first floor and to reach out if we needed help, to no reply for hours. In the meantime, my husband found a washer and dryer in the basement that had towels and a blanket in it. Thinking it would be helpful to her (and so that we could begin our laundry), and the fact that there were no personal items in the laundry to lead us to believe that they were not for the listed unit, we switched it over to the dryer and started our load (which, by the way, also needed quarters that we were unaware of). The owner was not happy when she responded to us. After using many quarters and the dryer ultimately not drying our clothes, we brought our things to a laundromat which was pretty inconvenient. We definitely would have chosen a different place to stay had we known that her listing was not true or reliable regarding the availability of a washer and dryer. The kitchen was nice and the beds were comfy. We felt safe overall, but it was extremely hot in all areas except the bedrooms where there were 2 window units.

Quirky Stay

This old Victorian apartment has plenty of quirks. The creaky floors, sticking doors, and dusty floor made it feel less than comfortable. The decor felt more eerie than cozy. Hot water ran out after two showers, though the bed was comfortable and the host was communicative. It might suit those who appreciate historic charm, but it wasn’t a great fit for us. Needs updates, maintenance, and a deep clean. Wouldn’t stay again.
