Enjoy the perfect location for your family get-a-way when you visit beautiful Panama City Beach ! This property is a one bedroom king, with bunk bed hall, and one bathroom making it just perfect for a family, or for two couples to share. Our condo features fun, tropical decor that puts you in a vacation mood the minute you step inside! There is ample parking directly in front of the unit with easy access ground floor accommodations. There are combined living/dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, full sized washer and dryer, master bedroom with a king bed, queen sleeper sofa in living room, and twin bunk beds in the hallway (sleeps 4-6). The dining table seats four, and breakfast bar has seating for two. Cable TV and DVD are provided in the master bedroom and living areas. Sliding glass doors in master bedroom open out to a patio and grass area. We offer free Wi-Fi. Our unit is adjacent to the pool, shuffleboard and clubhouse. We are across the street from the beach with easy beach access. Our developement, Wendwood, is located just far enough west to be a quiet get-a-way, yet convenient to unique shopping, restaurants, and entertainment such as the well known 30A area, Pier Park, a water park and a family friendly zoo. . Best Vacation!

Our family of 3 rented this condo in late July 2015. We could not of asked for a cleaner and well maintained condo. The owners are excellent! The walk to the beach is nothing. It is more convenient than staying in a high rise condo having to wait on the elevator. For sure will be back to this condo!!

Awesome Condo to stay at.

My family (2 young babies) stayed 5 nights here. Joey is so nice and accommodating. She has the condo decorated very Island, beachy, it's warm and friendly. Full time neighbors are nice and help you when you have questions about where to go etc. The beach is across the street, and the pool is right next door. We WILL DEF BE BACK AGAIN SOON!!!

Great value, great condo

My family and I rented the condo for four nights last July...and we loved it! Joey was very accomodating and wonderful to work with. There was plenty of room in this well-decorated, very clean condo, and everything we needed was close by...including the beach, and you can't beat the price. Even though it's not on the beach side of the road, if it takes you more than three or four minutes to get there, there is something wrong with you. We look forward to visiting again sometime soon!

wenwood condo

my husband and i stayed here Aug 1-6. The overall stay was good. This unit was well decorated and clean.The only problem was the second day we were here the floor in the bedroom started getting wet. contacted the owner she said to put a towel down and if it gets worse to call then she would call maintenance . To me that should have not even been a question at all. should have been the first thing to be done. Wanted this to be stress free instead we had to put up with that one thing. Huge wet spot in bedroom from the the condensation line of air conditioner being stopped up. i really liked this unit otherwise. Have not been here since 1996 . Maybe some compensation would be nice.

First family vacation - Great experience!

We visited Wendwood Condo in July 2011. The convenience of being close to the beach was great! So was the condo. It had a nice tropical theme throughout. It was very clean and cozy. My teenage daughters loved it too. Although we had to cross the street to get to the beach it was not bad compared to the distance of the high rise buildings. Our car was parked right in front of the condo. How many times does one go to get "something" from the car? Imagine that and have to climb stairs or wait for an elevator that is usually packed. We loved the condo and with wifi, I was still able to attend college online. It was so close to local stores that we were able to walk to some of the stores. I can't say enough how much we enjoyed our time in Panama City Beach, Florida and staying at Wendwood Condo.

Island theme condo

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful condo last weekend and had a great time. The condo is very clean and well maintained and we had 3 of the best nights sleep we have had in a long time. The bed is very comfortable the shower has plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The location of the condo is perfect and has easy access to the beach and some great restaurants. The complex is very quite and this unti is close to the pool and the club house which is nice. Overall our stay was great and we will definitley stay here again.

Had a great time

My wife and I stayed here in August 2010.We were looking for a quiet getaway and we found one here.The condo is very nicely decorated with an island theme.It was very well maintained,as was the complex.It is located right next to the pool and a very short walk to the beach.Would highly recommend this property.
