Just in time for the 2023 beach season, we present to you Summerlyn. Want convience? Got it. Free parking? Yup. Jacuzzi tub and pool table? Got that too. We are conveniently located off route 1, so getting to the bars, beaches, and outlets are a breeze. Big enough for family, but still cozy enough to enjoy each other. The condo can comfortably sleep 8, and is equipped with a full kitchen, board games, and game room. Make your vacation memorable and book your stay today!

Nice location needs some tlc

The apartment is very spacious and well located but is in need of some tlc. AC needs to be fixed, window units a makeshift solution. Everything is falling apart beds are not comfortable. Silly things like lights needing lighbulbs. Kids loved jacuzzi tub and pool table (which is on it's last legs.) No washer dryer which stinks at the beach.Overall I would say you could find alot better for the price.

Short Visit

Booked Condo & was very pleased upon arrival. Unit was clean & spacious. Location was great near shopping good food and activities. Host was responsive/ prompt in communication regarding any questions or concerns. I would return /recommend this host!!

Photos look better than the actual property, which was shabby. The central A/C is broken, so portable units with the hoses hanging out wide open windows are used. The ceiling fan in the LR didn’t work. No sheets were available for the extra sleeping spaces. No access to W/ D. Mattresses were sloping or noisy. Someone else’s food was left in the cupboards and the freezer had cracks in the drawer and no proper bin to catch the ice. The pool table is a nice touch, but the faux trim is falling off. The unit has potential and the people we dealt with were nice.

Time of arrival no working conditioning. one bedroom had two beds listed not a mattress on floor

Reservation cancelled could not stay with temperature inside 93 degrees. Host did help cancel stay

Not as advertised

We entered the property at 9:30 pm. It was hot inside. Tried to turn on the lights. Some worked, others did not. On the counter, the only area available to eat, was a portable ac unit and two vertical fans. The thermostat showed 83 F. The portable AC had a hose attached to window. Now if it was a normal window, it might have worked but this was an open crank window. The howse was wedged so half the ac exhaust was blowing back into the unit. I attempted to turn on the actual AC but it did not work. Thw lifhts in living area did not work. The unit was dirty with stains all over and on the rugs. I messaged the owner and did not hear anything for an hour and that was after contacting VRBO customer support. The owner said thw actual AC had been out for several weeks and didnt know when it would be fixed. The recent temperatures were in the mid 90s. Her solution was to have some come and look at it the next day and then tried to blame us that we waited so long to report it. I informed her I had entered at 9:20. She seemed surprised that we did not want to stay. I had two people with breathing issues that could not handle the heat. I i formed her and VRBO that we would be vacating and did after getting off the phone at 11:00. The owner actually messaged the next morning and thought we were in the unit. Do people pay attention? Anyways until the AC is fixed, I would avoid at all cost and I would be wary asphotos do not match reality.

Safe, clean, basic necessities

Anita was great with communication. AC worked really well. Location was within ten minutes of Lewes and 15-20 to Rehoboth depending on traffic. Place was clean. Very basic necessities. I’d stay again for a fun family beach trip.
