The house was well equipped for our needs and comfortably furnished. However the air conditioning was very loud, we had a problem with the bathroom door and water, which was quickly resolved. However we saw at least 1 mouse and ants in every room that got into our food.

Cute house close to shops, mini golf and Rehoboth

We have a great stay at this house. Rooms on both ends of the house made for enough space for everyone to relax in their rooms after a day of exploration. Living room, kitchen and dining room in the middle of the house plus a nice big sun porch. House was clean and well stocked kitchen. Kids had their own bathroom while I had mine which made for getting ready easier. Lewes beach, Fort Miles (WW2 battery) and Rehoboth Boardwalk/beach all about 20 minutes away. Fun mini golf, go karts and water park all about 10 minutes away. Rehoboth Boardwalk and Fort Miles were our favorites. Would highly recommend.
