The house was very clean and the communication awesome. While it did not pose an issue, we did not know there was someone in an in-law unit. They were quiet and really did not know they were there. A good stay for the value and close to everything.

We had an awesome stay at The Modern Cactus! The house is bright, clean, and super comfortable with a great kitchen and bathrooms. The backyard is a nice spot to hang out. The whole place has an amazing vibe, felt safe, and the beds were really comfortable.The location is perfect: close to Old Town Scottsdale and the airport. Plenty of local spots to explore. The WiFi was amazing, which made working remote super easy. I move around a lot for work, and this property truly felt like home, which made me happy and relaxed while getting my stuff done. Out of all the places I’ve stayed, I really enjoyed this one. We’d definitely book again!!

Lovely Scottsdale home!

This was a great stay and so clean! 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, nice private yard with bocce ball and patio table and chairs outside. Remodeled kitchen and living area. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Washer and dryer in unit was nice as well. Hope to return again next time I'm in town!

Comfortable & Convenient

The house is in a tidy residential neighborhood and convenient to local attractions. The kitchen was well-stocked with tools, cleaning products, and some snacks to get us started. The putting/bocce green got lots of use along with some board games. The beds were comfortable. Check-in and check-out was easy. The shower door in the primary bathroom has a gap at the bottom of the door which resulted in flooding the bathroom floor. We used the shower in the second bedroom for the rest of our stay. Not a big inconvenience, but the water pressure wasn't as good. The rug in the living room could be refreshed. The floor in the main living area was clean but had a sticky residue on it from whatever cleaning product was used. We mopped it with water and problem resolved. We definitely recommend this property. Great for family visits.
