The space
Part of a larger property but with a separate private entrance this tastefully furnished, air-conditioned 1 bedroom apartment is located just above the Royal St. Kitts golf course. five minutes from the beaches and restaurants of Frigate Bay. It has spectacular views over the Atlantic Ocean and Royal St Kitts Golf Course from a covered patio surrounded by lush tropical gardens.

The unit consists of a combined living room and kitchen area with patio doors leading to a covered outdoor terrace, an air-conditioned bedroom with queen size bed and an attached shower room.

The condo has beautiful travertine tile throughout, flat screen TV, Large tumbled stone shower room, fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless dishwasher & refrigerator, Bosch front load washer and dryer.

Outside there is a large fenced yard shared with one other condo. The yard is mostly lawn but with several mature palm trees and tropical shrubs. Below is a parking area with space for two cars.
