Awesome villa !

We stayed here for a week to celebrate my wife's 40th and my daughter's 5th ! Absolutely amazing. Beautiful views. Pool is amazing! House is spacious ! Beach is steps away ...chef was AMAZING with traditional Mexican dishes ! I could go on and on. Definitely worth it !

Not exactly what was promised

The listing leads you to believe that the beach is somewhat secluded. It is not. It is very public and was littered with beer cans, liquor bottles, and very crowded each day every day. The listing says that there are beach towels in the house. There were 6 towels for 13 people. The listing says that the house has air conditioning. The bedrooms have AC but the main living areas do not. The listing says that there is WiFi. The management said that they were "changing providers" and that we would have it the next day. We never had WiFi. This was pretty inconvenient for those in our group that had to work. The listing says that there is a washer & dryer. It was not working while we were there. The property and architecture was beautiful. It was very clean. The in-house staff was phenomenal. However, we were not told that there was a live in staff at the house. Overall, it was frustrating not to have the laundry facilities, the WiFi, and the beach towels. We could have planned/packed differently.
