House & location was perfect for our large family. Plenty of room for everyone. Enjoyed the beach 10 min down the road & the pool is right across the street. They had everything we needed for the beach, grilled out a few nights, close to restaurants and the boardwalk. Communication with owner was prompt & easy. We'd definitely come back again!

Perfect vacation getaway

Spacious home, just perfect for my family of 10. Hosts are great with communcating and are very accommodating. The home is very clean and is equipped with everything necessary to ensure a great stay. Community pool is just steps away. Plenty of parking available. Home is located in a well kept, quiet neighborhood. This was the 2nd time we stayed at this home and we look forward to rebooking for next summer. I highly recommend this property.

Enjoyable stay

Property was in a very nice community. The pool was a great amenity but we were disappointed there was no hot tub as detailed in listing. Main bedroom bed downstairs was very uncomfortable. Plenty of room for all though. This house is a centrally located within minutes of many beaches and shopping.

Family vacation 2023

From the moment I booked the house to the day we left, The owners were available no matter when I reached out. The house was beautiful and clean and everything the pictures showed. Located minutes from town, to grab your essential items, and 20 mins from ocean city, to enjoy the boardwalks and beaches. We stayed over the week of 4th of july, and It was a vacation we will never forget! Awesome awesome memories were made! Thank you for allowing us to stay!!

So Perfect For Our Family!

Our family enjoyed your beautiful, clean and spacious home. The kitchen was supplied with an abundance of all that you needed. I loved having 3 1/2 baths and also having towels and linens included. Sleeping was no problem in the comfortable beds. The grandchildren loved the game room and also said goodbye to every room before they left. The pool directly across the street is an added bonus. Also, there were beach chairs and beach toys! Thank you for letting us stay in your home and have memories we won’t forget.

Amazing

Smooth check in. We were looking for a house with 4 bedrooms, a house with first floor access to all necessities, and a nice pool. We found so much more with this house! Everything we needed to cook meals was found in the kitchen (or the back patio because we did grill). There were plenty of sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, etc. They even had pool toys, beach chairs, and outdoor toys available in the garage. We added some boogie boards and pool noodles for future guests too. Communication was great and the house/community were clean and quiet.

I am a 25 year renter in the Bethany Beach area. I have had terrible and fabulous experiences. The pictures do not do justice to the house. It is much larger than the pics suggest. The upstairs bedrooms, bathrooms and loft areas are very spacious. As is the downstairs. All the amenities were great. The pool access was a huge highlight! We had to deal with indoor days from hurricane Erin and the pool was the save with our little kids. My only suggestions to the hosts are to include more linens and blankets, especially bath towels and hand towels. Also, the closet in the master bedroom is not accessible. I would also suggest a note of house rules. We didnt know when garbage went out, the thermostat was an issue and there wasn't any propane for the bbq. We were there for 2 weeks and had a great time. I would definitely recommend this property!

Perfect Family Vacation

The experience from booking to checking out was amazing! The host was very responsive and provided insight whenever needed. The home was amazing and well equipped. I wasn’t sure what items would be available, such as, trash bags, dish soap, hands op etc, so I packed some just in case, but was pleased to find the home was stocked with all of these items. The home was plenty big enough for our family of 8 adults and two teenagers. The location was perfect for us. It is just outside and a short drive to Bethany Beach. So, it was peaceful! The location allowed for us to visit several beaches and boardwalks all between a 10 to 40 min drive. The pool was amazing and just a few steps from the home and was very refreshing. The lounge chairs in the shallow water of the pool was my absolute favorite place to be! Highly recommend this home for your family vacation! Alex was an amazing host with a lovely, spacious home. Not a single complaint by anyone! 😊
