The 2 suite configuration makes this house perfect for 2 friends or couples. The house is very comfortable and the location is great close to both canyons and plenty of restaurants.
Overall, this was a great place to stay for our family's ski vacation. It is clean and comfortable and the host is very responsive. The only issue that we had was that the hot tub and pool weren't functioning, which had been one of the reasons for choosing the spot.
We had an amazing experience staying at this property on our Ski trip, we hit up Snowbird, Snowbasin and Solitude, property is close to all 3 mountains. The place is clean and comfortable, we all had good night sleep during our stay, we are looking forward to coming back next ski season. Would not hesitate to recommend to other Family and Friends!

My husband and I spent the weekend at this property and we hope to return again. The location was perfect - close to stores, a 20 minute drive to center city and a 10 minute drive to wonderful hiking trails. The home is furnished with comfort in mind - especially the beds. The kitchen is fine for preparing meals and having an actual garage was much appreciated. Five star review!
We stayed for a month. This place was amazing. Not only was the location perfect but the home had a very warm, cozy, homey atmosphere. Two master suits allowed for privacy and space. The unit was nicely appointed and well stocked. Neighbors were very friendly. Having the garage made packing and unpacking so easy. Highly recommend!!!!!
We came in town for a funeral. Arrangements were last minute and the host could not have been easier to work with. The unit was beautifully decorated. We had our mom (83) with us. Stairs are not a problem for her. There were two large king suites with on-suite bathrooms! Restaurants and shopping a walk away. Thank you for making a difficult time a little easier.
Nice clean apartment. However, noise level with people walking upstairs is a problem. Also, the manager needs to provide clear instructions for TV controllers.
The location on this townhouse unit is perfect and makes it easy to get around Salt Lake City and surrounding areas. The unit is nice and we enjoyed the townhouse minus a few cons that we experienced while spending the week there.
Pros: Unit is decent size and we enjoyed that the bedrooms are located upstairs whereas the main living space is downstairs. Both bedrooms had their own bathrooms, which is perfect and having a garage on the rainy days was perfect for unloading the car. Unit is conveniently located to many stores, restaurants, and the interstate.
Cons: The upstairs floors are extremely squeaky and unfortunately it seems to be a common issue in multiple units as we even heard our conjoining neighbors whenever they walked on their upstairs floors. Also, we were unable to use the ceiling fans in the unit as they were all covered in a lot of dust and we didn't want to be spewing the dust all around the unit.
