The Palisades is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood close to downtown D.C. We are located 3 miles from Georgetown, 1.5 miles from American University, and 5 miles from the National Mall/White House.
The space

The carriage house is located in the backyard of a separate primary residence, however you have complete privacy and tranquility in our beautiful, verdant, tree-filled neighborhood. Guests do not need to enter the backyard to enter the property. The carriage house can be accessed via a private entrance from the green alley next to the property. The bedroom (king bed and folding twin-size cot), full bath, and washer/dryer are located on the second floor. A pull-out couch, pack and play, kitchen and a powder room are located on the first floor.
