Welcome to our newly renovated modern guest house in a lovely neighborhood, tucked away from the city but so conveniently located to access the best Berkeley and the Bay Area has to offer!
The guest house is in a quiet residential area and is nestled in the back of a single family home. The space is welcoming, light and airy with an open floor plan. Comfortable, modern, clean, and spacious. Comfy and stylish sofa, pull out to a queen plus sized bed for one or two, with a comforter per person. Fully equipped brand new kitchen and newly remodeled tiled bathroom. We have stocked the kitchen wit some basic spices and olive oil.
Includes WiFi and internet.
Large screen television with access to Netflix and Disney+
Easy to walk or bike to lots of great restaurants, shopping and groceries
480 sq. ft. One or two guests.
No pets / No parties/ Non-smoking.
Shared outdoor space with deck seating, garden, hammock, table tennis and basketball hoop.
