A Nice Snowy stay!

We had a winter storm day before i checked in. Mgr was so awesome, and the weather kept her busy but she found the time to bring me basic supplies during my stay. She was great! Will stay again!

Anchorage Cottage

Great location, extra clean property with an accommodating host. The property has all the amenities for convenience and a great stay! I would definitely recommend this property and would rent it again when in Anchorage.

Pleasant surprise

Made a last minute trip, and was pleasantly surprised by location. It was quiet, very well maintained. The owner was available on property, and also brought some extra towels. Will stay again!

Hi, I'm Kelly, your host. I returned to Alaska in 2010. I love Alaska. The beauty. The seasons. And the diversity of people that live and visit here. I am an established artist. My art studio is connected to the cottage. I retired this year and paint full time now. I am working on building my inventory back up. The studio will be open to the public soon.

This is a peaceful, safe neighborhood. There is a beautiful greenbelt directly behind the property with a small creek and a groomed trail. Most everyone keeps to themselves, including me, so if you need something, or just have questions feel free to text or call. I know where all the best places and hidden gems are.

What makes this property unique

This house stands out among the rest:) It is painted a beautiful, deep purple with quirky touches. The cottage is on the back of the property with two units and the studio, to the front. I am a plant enthusiast, so the cottage has many plants, for your health and theirs. Feel free to talk to them, they like it. I was employed as a Live Nursery Specialist for many years. If you have questions, I probably have your answer.
