Located in one of the oldest original neighborhoods in Miami you really get a feel for the city and history. This property is a duplex and you will have exclusive use to the entire back house. It is not attached to the front by any walls. You will have exclusive use of the upstairs 1 br 1 ba with full kitchen/ dinning room and living room. You will also have full access to the bottom gamer room with a movie room. Be close to all the action and enjoy this stylish cozy house. There is an above ground outdoor pool that is for your use as well.

You will have exclusive use of the entire Back House. Upstairs is a Bedroom with kitchen and living room. Downstairs has a movie room and an arcade room with an air hokey table, basketball game, arcade game with multiple games built in.

There is a couch that guests can sleep on. Linens or towels are not provided for the couch.

Room is upstairs and has a kitchen & separate living room.

Free parking is available curbside or up to 1 car.

•Observe Checkin 4pm and checkout 10am times and instructions. We may be unable to accommodate early checkin, however if it is available we charge $25 per hour. Unauthorized late checkouts will incur up to a $100 fee per hour or portion thereof.

•Absolutely NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS In case of a party or gathering we will cancel your reservation with NO REFUND of unused nights.

•EXTRA GUESTS not allowed without prior authorization.

•Outdoor surveillance cameras on site.

1 Located facing the front porch
2 Located on the backyard/ Entrance second property (Game Room/ Upstairs room)
All of them are recording 24/7 and for security purposes. There is no camera in private area or inside bedrooms.

•No smoking inside $250 fine

•Be mindful of the noise to respect the neighbors. Keep noise down after 9pm and please keep noise to a minimum in the front of the house.

•Due to the property having a septic tank please ONLY flush toilet paper in toilets.

•We strongly suggest you consider purchasing trip insurance through the booking platform to protect your investment from any unexpected cancellations. We cannot operate outside of our cancellation policy.

•We do inventory after each stay and any missing items, heavily soiled or damaged linen/towels, clogged toilets, excessive dirtiness or indoor smoking will be charged accordingly.
