We welcome you to stay here and experience everything Miami has to offer. It is a humble quaint and cozy house, in a quiet & safe neighborhood, where you will feel very comfortable and have the value of being close to everything. It is Unit #2 and you will be sharing the backyard with others.

-BEDROOM 1: Queen bed with private bathroom (sleeps 2)

-BEDROOM 2: Queen bed & smart TV (sleeps 2)

-LIVING ROOM: 2 Twin trundle beds with a smart TV & bathroom (sleeps 4)

-KITCHEN & DINING: Small kitchen with stove/oven & refrigerator. Fully stocked with pots & pans, plates, cups, mugs, utensils, cooking tools, coffee pot, toaster oven & microwave. The dining room has a table with seating for 4 and 4 stools provided for extra seating.

OUTDOOR:
There is a shared courtyard area with a shared above ground pool and picnic tables and chairs. You are allowed access to the whole area.

PARKING: Marked car port parking space for 2 vehicles and a guest space to be used on a first come first serve basis.

WHAT'S INCLUDED: We provide a starter pack of toilet paper and paper towel for your stay. You may need to purchase additional depending on length of stay and use.
Smart TV & Netflix, must use your own account.

You have exclusive use during your stay of the entire house the back yard is shared. Free Parking provided for 1 car in carport and 1 behind. 2 cars total.

We are here for you during your stay, but the level of interaction is up to you. The best way to communicate with us is through the app, but in case of an emergency, we are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self checkin upon arrival and self checkout.

We always recommend you rent a vehicle while in Miami, however due to the close proximity of this house to most tourist locations, Uber and Lyft are fairly inexpensive.

Remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. we ask that you be mindful of the noise to respect the neighbors. Please treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Thank you
•Observe Checkin 4pm and checkout 10am times and instructions. We may be unable to accommodate early checkin, however if it is available we charge $15 per hour. Unauthorized late checkouts will incur up to a $75 fee per hour or portion thereof.

•We strongly suggest you consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance to protect your investment from any unexpected covered cancellations. We cannot operate outside of our cancellation policy.

•NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS In case of a party or gathering to avoid cancellation with NO REFUND of unused nights. No Illegal activities allowed.

•EXTRA GUESTS not allowed without prior authorization.

•There are 2 security cameras on site
1 Located facing the driveway and 1 in the backyard
They are recording 24/7 for security purposes. There are no cameras in private areas or inside bedrooms.

•Be mindful of the noise to respect the neighbors. Keep noise down after 9pm.

•Due to the property having a septic tank please ONLY flush toilet paper in toilets.

•We do inventory after each stay and any missing items, heavily soiled or damaged linen/towels, clogged toilets, excessive dirtiness will be charged accordingly.
