This ideal location is close to everywhere. 299 bus station 2 minutes away can access LRT easily to downtown. There are 3 bedrooms available on upstairs. This is one of bedroom with private double sinks bathroom. The first floor is public area including large living room and kitchen. The whole house is remodeled, fluffy carpet make you feel comfortable like baby. Location is very convenient, 2 minutes to high way; 5 mins to all kind of restaurant, 5 mins to costco and supermarket, 10mins to downtown , UC, airport. Great location for newcomers. 60 mins to Banff park. 40 mins to Canmore.*we don’t allow any pets
