Thank you so much for your amazing review and for choosing to stay with us again! We’re honored to be your top choice in Alpine and truly appreciate your continued support. We can’t wait to host you again!
The home was lovely, just as listed. The only few things I would have them update is the pots and pans. They are all very scratched and Idon't use pans that have a coating especially when it is all scratched. Fortunately I was able to get my own as we did use the well stocked kitchen. There were plenty of towels and linens. Not too generous with toilet paper and paper towels, had to purchase my own, Overall I would stay again. Rooms were large and very bright. Depending upon the time of year you go, the sun was so strong in the windows in living areas and no shades to block it out. So we had to all sit at the dining table on one side. Luckily the weather was spot on glorious, the sun was welcomed.

We’re so happy to hear you had an amazing time in Alpine! It’s great to know the house served as a comfortable home base for your family and that the location made exploring easy. Thank you for staying with us — we’d love to host you again anytime!
Beautiful location overall! Very private and quiet. Excellent views and the house is in good condition. The walls are very thin, so I would suggest some sound machines, or it would be nice if the house proved fans like some other houses we have stayed at in WY to dull the silence and move some air around. Kitchen was well equipped and the outside area was awesome. Will 100% stay here again.

Thank you for the kind words! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the property and the great snow on the Idaho side. It sounds like you had an amazing time! We’d love to have you back anytime.
Absolutely beautiful location. Onsite amenities need some attention. Grill was dirty. Melted ice cream in the freezer. Outdoor furniture need a good cleaning. Cheap folding chairs and fiahing poles would be a nice value add.

Thanks for your feedback. Glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. Come back and visit us again real soon.
The owners have done a great job with this home.....all was great. Even dealt politely with us when we asked dumb questions, like - how do you lock the back door! Haha. Only 'negative' I'd say was the river - we were hoping to fish there but the river wasn't really a fishing river......really murky. But we'd stay again in the future!

Amazing property and location, property management could be improved
We stayed at this property over the July 4 holiday and had an amazing time.
Alpine is a beautiful spot and we love spending time here!
The home itself is amazing; great layout on an amazing property. The home is brand new and very well equipped. Kitchen has all necessary appliances and everything you would need.
The home is basically brand new so it is in perfect condition.
The lack of AC was not a problem, we were there in July and it didn’t get too hot and cooled down nicely at night.
The privacy of the home is amazing. The river was close but didn’t seem to have any actual access to the shore or river. You would have to wade through all of the grass and growth and I don’t believe there is much of a shore of any kind.
Our only complaint is with the property management company being used; definitely the most information requested and the most “strict” I have ever been through with any rental. Asking for the ages of everyone in the family and even insisting that if we had guests over that we would need to inform them and share the ages and details as well. I understand trying to protect the property but when it becomes intrusive and excessive I feel it is a deterrent.
Overall we would stay here again and recommend it. However I would like to see a change in the rental process and policies so it is not so intrusive.
