Villa Bijou, just above Flamand Beach is the perfect place for lovers of all ages. Nestled into the hillside, but with a level entry and comfortable one floor living, Villa Bijou was just renovated to include two separate and private bedroom bungalows. The villa is located above Flamand Beach on a charming, private lane. The front garden entrance is private with an outdoor dining and sitting area and beautiful walled garden. Grey ceramic tiled terraces and wood decking wrap around the villa which allow for sunning at all times of the day.

The spacious main house living room has cathedral ceilings and overlooks the heated, salted pool and wonderful ocean views of Flamand Beach, St. Maarten and Anguilla Islands in the distance. The room features white colored sofa, white fabric chairs with bamboo trim and opens into the kitchen and pool. There are two dining areas - one on the front terrace with private walled gardens and the other along pool deck facing the ocean.

Services include whole house WIFI, daily maid service, except Sundays and holidays. Chef/Cook available upon request.. Also check calendar for availability

Fully-equipped kitchen with teak and white wood cabinets, stainless appliances and plentiful white quartz counters and island bar. Kitchen opens into living room, garden and overlooks the terraces and pool. Just outside the kitchen is a built in gas grill with extensive black granite counters and cabinets

The wonderful 'salon' opens up to extensive front and rear terraces, gardens, and decks with pool. With it's elegant decor, artwork and antiques, TV and desk/work/play area, delightful all day sun around the pool and ocean breezes, nights with sound of the surf, Villa Bijou is sure to please the most discriminating taste.

Twenty feet by ten feet pool with steps at both ends allows for a refreshing swim while enjoying the magnificent ocean views and extensive terrace and deck.

The very large, air-conditioned, Bedroom 1 Bungalow is separate from the main house and looks out to ocean and garden views and a private terrace and deck. The room features cathedral ceilings, ceiling fans, TV, sliding glass doors with screens, screened windows, sitting area, and covered tile terrace with garden and ocean views. The gray tiled master bathroom includes a spacious two-sink vanity and 2 dressing area, two skylights, and a large and open shower.

The generous second Bedroom 2 Bungalow with ensuite bathroom has beautiful views of the ocean and a private deck. The very spacious room can be used as two twin beds or one king Bed. The room has sliding glass doors with screens, windows with screens and high ceilings, ceiling fan , TV, and air conditioning.
