Introducing "Destiny Awaits", our newly listed vacation home in the most prestigious gated community in Destin, FL, Destiny by the Sea. This home is directly across from the gated communities private pool and hot tub, and steps from the sugary white sand and turquoise waters Destin is famous for. The home is massive at 3900+ sq. ft., with 3 stories, featuring 5 bedrooms, and 5.5 baths. Every bedroom has its own private bath, and flat screen tv. Community is perfect for families!

The best part about this home is the private beach, and it is literally steps away from the house! We include all sorts of beach toys (paddleboard, frisbees, footballs, sandcastle toys, cornhold boards, boogie boards) and plenty of chairs for you to use at the beach. We setup the house to where all you need to bring is what you plan to eat/drink and wear, and the rest is taken care of! Our location is also walking distance to multiple restaurants, and great shopping within 5 min!

Beautiful property with incredible location! Spoiled now. We won’t be able to stay anywhere but Destiny By The Sea. Property manager is amazing. This one is a no-brainer. Just book it.

Very pleasant experience

I was there seven weeks. I loved the gated and guarded neighborhood. The house had lots of natural light, and was very comfortable. The full size washer and dryer was a nice amenity. I enjoyed that it was just a short walk to the beach, and that the home was set up very well for traveling with dogs. The homeowner was very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Lovely family moments in a beautiful space !

The house is located across from the pool and just a short walk to the beach so perfect !!Our grandkids loved the toys in the garage and the easy pool access ! The bedrooms and family spaces and kitchen were great ! bathrooms were everywhere and nicely done ! Furnishings were a bit worn and need a clean or replacement ? Kitchen needs new pans - we cooked a lot and were challenged by that . But overall the place was everything we needed and the hosts responded so quickly !

Family 4th Of July Trip

I wish I had left this review sooner! Thinking about upcoming travel reminded me of the best beach house I’ve ever stayed in. This home has everything you need, and it’s all listed in the details. It took the guessing out of ‘ does it have this/that?’. The gated community, location steps from the beach, and a garage full of beach gear were a few of my favorite things. Even on a busy holiday weekend, the private beach wasn’t even half packed. I would suggest sending someone out there early to secure the rental beach chairs and umbrellas. Each day they always had plenty, and we were a family of 15. Fairly priced as well. I would definitely book this home again .
