I am a property manager and real estate broker in Lake Havasu City. I have lived here since 2005 and I love this community. What’s so special about this town is that we have two seasons a season for boating and a season for Razor riding and hiking and all the outdoor sports. Plus, we have a plethora of event events in town year-round.

Why they chose this property

This is a fantastic neighborhood, centrally located into town. This particular property back to the desert, which is very nice. It’s quiet and surrounded by. Very nice homes.
