The perfect vacation getaway! This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property and it felt like coming home! Really enjoyed the patio in the mornings and evenings. So tranquil and relaxing. Comfortable beds and we had absolutely everything we needed!

This beautiful, updated home was wonderful for our 5 weeks in Lake Havasu City! It was spotless, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We experienced excellent communication from both the owner and property manager. The couple of minor issues we encountered were swiftly addressed. We especially enjoyed the outside space for eating and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

Best of Havasu

This property was amazing in comfort and cleanliness from the beautiful yard to every amenity you could think of! Everyday sitting on the patio we saw roadrunners, bunnies, quail (and their baby chicks), and hummingbirds. The area is quiet and tranquil…..the perfect getaway! Will definitely have to book this venue again in the future!

We are a lake loving/boating family that enjoys vacationing at Lake Havasu. Our family, and the larger extended family of 50+, have vacationed in Lake Havasu for the past several decades. We purchased this Lake House, with putting green, so that we can have a wonderful vacation home to enjoy and share it with others who love to vacation in Lake Havasu.

The neighborhood is quiet, clean, comfortable and welcoming. Whether you are escaping the cold winters, the busy city life, coming out for special events, this home has it all! With the large sprawling lot and views of the lake, sunrise, sunsets, you can really relax and unwind.

The newly remodeled, with all newly purchased furniture and furnishings, makes this a dream destination vacation home! At the home there are board games, lawn games, putting green, fire pit, ping pong, BBQ and all the furnishings to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Centrally located just a few minutes from town, and the lake, there is something to do and enjoy every day of the week.
