This is a unique Custom Built Home located on one acre in a quiet location!
3 Bedrooms plus a Den that can be used as a separate bedroom and an attached half bath, 3 Bathrooms, sleeps up to 8 people, 2700 sq. ft. of living space, Large Gated RV Parking, located in a peaceful neighborhood away from the main highway noise but still only a short distance from The London Bridge or the lake, and 5 boat launch ramps available within less than 10 miles.
The En-suite Master bedroom located on one side of the home has a King size bed with 50” TV, dual sinks, and a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads and a large walk-in closet, located on the other side of the home is another full bath with dual sinks and adjoining Jack & Jill bedrooms, both with Queen beds, one with a 32” TV.
There's also a Separate Den with a half bath and 4 mattresses for use on the floor with a 46” TV, great place for the older kids to get away; bring their game console to connect to the TV.
Stainless steel appliances, granite counters, hand rubbed copper sinks, tile floors, and carpeted bedrooms. This NON-SMOKING, NO PETs, NO Parties home is meticulously maintained and cared for and is equipped with the Fastest Wi-Fi Internet available in the area, three large flat screen TV's with Dish Satellite (2 channels at once) also Fire sticks on 2 of the TV's and a Stereo; all the kitchen amenities, propane BBQ, linens and towels, washer and dryer, and even an iron and ironing board!
Bath Towels are provided; please bring your own beach towels, chairs, lotion & sunglasses.
There's also a TV and recliners in the garage for when you want to sit outside the house or utilize the Workout Facilities which includes a stepper, treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike and free-weights. Large covered front and rear porches both with tables, chairs, and porch swings to accommodate you when you want to enjoy the outdoors.
The 2 car garage is available for guests' use; however the RV Garage is not available.
There's also a wide gated RV parking area that will accommodate boats, trailers, RV's, etc. If using the Gated RV Parking Area please leave room for vehicle access through the RV Gate since there is a Casita located behind the home about 125 feet that's sometimes occupied.
No Pool, but the nice lake is nearby.
The Den is considered the 4th Bedroom; it has doors to close it off separately and a half bath. There are comfy pads for floor sleeping, a TV, Stereo and a Foosball game table.
Early Check-in or Late Check-out is available if desired times are available, exception would be if property is being cleaned/prepped for another guest.
There is an additional propane fee if the fireplace is used.
Also, long term guests of 30 days or more are subject to a Cap of $150/monthly on Utilities and will be responsible for additional costs.

The person booking the home must be at least 25 years of age with a valid Government I.D. on file with this website; otherwise you can send us a copy or photo of your ID. You should also have at least one good Review available from a previous stay on the website. Responsible Guests are Welcome and I expect that you'll take better care of our home than you would your own! You'll find it well kept, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The home has step free accessibility. This is a family home and not a party house! The person booking the home is responsible for their guests, the home is not childproofed, if you have little ones you are responsible for them.
There is a portable Crib available for your use.
