The outdoor area was especially great for the kids, and we all enjoyed the activities and spending time there together. Wonderful Stay with All The Amenities

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we wanted and needed. We spent a lot of time in the backyard as it had so much for kids and adults to do. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked.Communication with the host/hostess was fantastic, always quick to reply and very informative.After our stay we left saying, "that was a great house!".

Friends Golf Trip

Great property for a large group trip. Property owners were terrific communicators with easy and complete instructions and details of the house. Clean and recently updated. Great outdoor space with pool, pickle ball court, basketball, putting green and kids play area. Great spot!

Pickle ball house

We had a fabulous trip to Sarasota. We used the backyard pool, putting green and pickle ball court all day every day! The bed rooms were beautifully decorated with really updated bedding and kitchen was well stocked. The hosts responded quickly to any questions. We would recommend this property!

There is so much to do at the house you couldn’t ever get bored. The pool is amazing, pickle ball was a blast. We had a putting contest with all family members, there’s disc golf, cornhole, big bowling, air hockey, goose ball, huge TV’s with Netflix and many , Hulu, Prime, and many other channels and you haven’t even left the house yet!! The hosts were amazing sending suggestions of what to do in the area and where to grab some great seafood. They were constantly available if we had any questions. I would definitely go back for another family vacation.

Perfect for a tournament weekend

Great place for a tournament at IMG and Premier. Comfortable beds, accommodated 3 moms and 3 teenage girls perfectly. Outside space kept everyone entertained. Owners were very responsive.

Great for large families!

We were in town for a wedding at the Powel Crosley Estate. This house was perfectly located! The venue was a 4 min drive and downtown Sarasota was a10 min drive! The backyard kept our big kids entertained! We were also impressed with the bedrooms! All were decorated beautifully!

Beautiful Home and Perfect Getaway

We booked this house for our family vacation for 12. We had 9 adults, 1 teen, and 2 kiddos, and it was perfect for us all. The house is beautiful and well kept and has everything you can think for entertainment and comfort. Retirement Celebration

This was the perfect house for our family. Everyone had a blast with all of the things to do in the backyard. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the beach chairs and wagon when we went to the beach. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful property!

This rental is fantastic! The house is beautiful and just as shown in the photos. The bedrooms are nicely decorated and the beds are very comfortable. Everything you can need for meals and entertainment is provided. Our whole crew loved the pool and the fun the backyard games. The location provides easy access to all Sarasota attractions, but with so much to do you may never leave the house! If you get a chance, walk to the authentic Cuban restaurant (Mirna’s) at the end of the road.

The hosts were very responsive and extremely easy to work with. Their check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. They let us know dates when maintenance was going to be done (trash cans taken out, pool maintenance, etc..) The house itself is well-stocked. * Plenty of towels, dishes, glasses for our party of 9 (6 adults and 3 kids). * The beds were extremely comfortable. * Two great indoor living areas for socializing * Pool was in great shape with plenty of pool toys to enjoy * Tons of outdoor seating * Well-stocked kitchen We were thrilled with this rental for our family Christmas celebration! Great Birthday Getaway!

We arrived late after midnight so it was technically my sons 12th birthday!! We were surprised when we balloons from the owners. I had mentioned that we would be celebrating his birthday and they went out of the way to make it special. So so thoughtful. The house was stocked better than any home we’ve stayed in. It definitely has everything you could need. The back yard was so awesome my kids didn’t even want to leave to go to dinner. We cooked it and enjoyed Pickle-ball, the pool and golf! PS 5 was also a big hit with the teens! We had plenty of room for everyone, bedding and beds were comfy. So many regular and pool towel! The beach cart was also so helpful. The only complaints we had were the thermostat was on a timer and password protected. The Air in the play room wouldn’t go below 78 for longer than an hour then change back. The house was a bit hot and we woke up multiple times to have to change it. We loved our stay and we definitely want to come back! Thanks for having us.

Best VRBO experience in 10 years

For the past 10+ years our family has been staying at rental homes once or twice per year. This property was everyone's favorite by far! Five stars for all of the following: excellent communication with the owner; best equipped kitchen-perfect for people who love to cook and eat in; mattresses and linens in all rooms were high quality; layout was ideal for children as children's room (bunk beds that could sleep 3) shared an adjoining bathroom with a king size bed room and what an amazing double shower; pool was perfect temperature (very reasonable heating charge), clean, and well-maintained; two grills, gazebo, and outdoor seating (including poolside chairs) for at least 12 provided a nice spot to finish our evenings poolside; pickleball court was a favorite for all; air hockey and Foosball tables were like new; good sized tv in all rooms and large tv in game room for "movie" night and a PS5 that thrilled our teen sons; less than 10 minutes from Sarasota airport which created some plane noise, but we quickly stopped noticing it; short 10-20 minute drive to most Sarasota beaches and restaurants (Siesta Key was our favorite); four comfortable beach chairs, umbrellas, beach mat & wagon were a pleasant surprise and came in handy during our beach visits. This property was well worth the price paid and we are already making plans to return next year. If you decide to rent and enjoy authentic Cuban food, highly recommend the small Cuban restaurant about 200 yards from the house.

Back yard is amazing. Our kids and grandkids were in awe. Made for a great week. Couple little issues came up but the owners gave us great service. One minor note the bathroom door squeaks slightly in hallway. Makes some noise at night. We would definitely consider staying there again.
