Great duplex unit (ground floor unit), units combined with interior door, ground floor only. Across the street from the Ocean. located in North Myrtle Beach only minuets from Main Street and all main attractions. Kitchenette is fully equipped with all basics. sleeps up to 10 guests.
*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.
The space
Two ground floor units combined sharing an interior door, 1 entrance, 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, great space. Ground floor of a duplex. shared backyard. 4 Queen and 1 full beds, 1 pullout sofa.
Washer/ dryer available in the backyard shed.
2 separate Kitchens is fully equipped with all basics. Dining area.
Sheets and linens provided.
Free Wi-Fi and cable TV available.
*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.
Guest access
The unit is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire ground floor, both units and shared backyard. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*No mailbox for this location.
*Washer/dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is free (2 parking spots available)

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.
*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)
*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
