This home is privately owned and maintained. We only rent to families or professional adults. You must be over the age of 25 to book this property. We do NOT rent to groups under the age of 25 or chaperoned groups under any circumstances. No house parties or family reunions, occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

Pet friendly upon approval, $125 Non refundable Pet Fee.

We offer weekly or nightly rentals with a three to seven night minimum.

We loved this property for our annual beach vacation! It had the perfect amount of space, it was very clean when we arrived, and it had us all dreaming of owning our own beach house! We loved the pool and all the seating areas to hang out outside the most!

This place is exactly as described. Home owners take pride in their home and we loved the furnishings (similar to my taste lol) The pool looked small from the picture but was a very good size pool. Will definitely come back and rent with Meredith. I have given a few people the link to view this home. Overall the best vacation rental I have stayed at so far

Great location, lots of space and the pool was a huge hit for our kids. We used the beach chairs and wagon. I would recommend bringing your own condiments, salt and pepper. If you have little ones you probably will need to bring paper plates as the only dishware is china ware.

Family vacation

This home is absolutely gorgeous. We loved everything about it. So clean, stocked with everything you need to stay there all you need to bring is your beach towels and your selves. We stayed 5 days and had the most amazing time ever. We will never vacating any where else. This is our vacation home from now on.

Family vacation

Loved our stay. The house was very clean, had everything we needed. Plenty of room for the seven adults. The pool and lounge area was perfect to hangout in. Easy walk to beach. We all enjoyed our week there. Had no issues during our stay, but owner was quick to respond to questions prior to our arrival.

Beautiful clean home with great amenities

Home was exactly as pictured and very clean on checkin day. Kitchen is stocked with cookware and utensils. Pool and hot tub were amazing and under house patio area as very nice. Quick walk to the beach and stores. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was very fun. Condo had a few issues. We had to make our own beds, no soap, no nothing extra. Floors were disgusting. Not sure cleaning people are doing their job.

Summer Family Getaway

This house was perfect for the family getaway. It was beautiful, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Upon arrival, everything was ready and waiting for us. The private pool was a big hit as we spent most days outside. The communications with our hosts (Jeff and Meredith) were excellent. They went above and beyond to answer all questions and make our stay a wonderful experience. This house is great for a family and we hope to return next year or sooner. Marty

6 adults and babies had a great time!

We had a wonderful time and the place was great! The pool was well kept and the beach chairs and wagon were a super convenience! Wish we had timed trips down to the shore around high and low tides because when it's high tide there was very little beach!! We almost had to sit in the dunes! Some locals said it had to do with "king tide" which I guess not only affected the shoreline but the water in the marsh came into the streets which closed some of them off at every high tide. We would definitely stay here again! So convenient to everything! And Boulineau's is definitely worth a trip!

Nice house with pool convenient to grocery store

Well stocked kitchen large table and bar space for eating . Nice pool but due to heat it was very warm . Nice outdoor seating could use a ceiling fan tho . A little walk to beach but we made do . Golf cart rentals near by if we had chosen to get one .

AMAZING!

We absolutely loved our stay! We found this home to be absolutely perfect for our family. It was thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival and it had everything we needed for an amazing week at the beach. Our favorite part was the outdoor area! We spent each morning drinking our coffee on the back deck and it was very peaceful, such a great start to each day. The pool area is where we spent most of our time, swimming, grilling and just spending time with our family. The owners have supplied this home with everything a family needs to have an unforgettable vacation and the communication is outstanding. If you're thinking about booking this home do not hesitate, you won't regret it! We'll be back!

Great place to stay in North Myrtle Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carolina Sol in Cherry Grove Beach in North Myrtle Beach! It was not only beautiful in side but also comfortable and very clean! Just a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. The towels and sheets were a lot nicer and not your ordinary worn out beach rental linens! The bedrooms were equipped with charging stations for mobile devices a big plus for us. Also the kitchen had a Coffee/station (cuisinart) that also uses the coffee pods. Obviously, a lot of thought went into this rental! Myrtle Beach has so many things for people to do in off-season too. We are planning on returning to Carolina Sol.

Meredith’s place was beautiful and perfect for our family. The layout worked perfectly. We loved the pool and fenced in area. It worked great for our granddaughter and allowed our dogs to roam without having to worry about the road. We would definitely stay again.
