This home is lovely & has everything it needs to make guests welcome and comfortable. The inside of home is spacious. The outside space is very nice as well. There is a dock out back we wouldn't recommend allowing children on. It could be unsafe for them to navigate. Other than that, we were very pleased with the host and their responses to anything which arose during our stay.

We had such a wonderful stay at this Vrbo! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. The pool was so much fun for everyone, and the peaceful water view from the backyard was absolutely beautiful. We even enjoyed watching turtles and birds throughout our stay!The host thought of everything, providing bikes, fishing poles, pool toys, a highchair, and plenty of games for the kids. All of those thoughtful touches made traveling with our family so much easier and helped everyone feel right at home. We made some wonderful memories and would definitely recommend this home to other families!

We rent homes and cabins a few times every year and this was the cleanest and most well appointed home we’ve experienced. It was a fantastic and very relaxing two weeks. The only improvement would be to add a recliner to the living room. If you were to do that, we would rent the home a few more weeks each year. We loved it! We hope to come back next year.

Wonderful Stay!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The house was so great and clean. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and going out to the dock, and watching the turtles. We didn't have any issues getting into the house or anything. Will definitely stay here again if we get the chance to visit in the same area.

The home was perfect for our vacation! It is beautifully decorated, cozy, welcoming, and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, even though we did not cook during our stay. The property truly has everything needed to meet the definition of a "home away from home." They provided bikes with helmets, fishing equipment, and many daily items for babies.The check-in and check-out process was seamless. Additionally, the heated pool was great, and the pool area is very spacious with plenty of seating. It was even equipped with a large variety of pool floats for the entire family. I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay here. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely book this home again!

Great place to stay!!

We had a wonderful stay in Port Richey! The house was clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—close to my family and convenient to get around. We especially loved the pool and relaxing backyard. The fire pit was a great touch, and the nature right off the dock was incredible. Peaceful, private, and beautiful. Overall, an excellent place to stay. We would definitely come back!

A great family vacation!

We had an amazing week in Florida! The house was very beautiful - very clean and newly renovated. We loved having the beautiful enclosed pool, where we swam every day. Having the grass area was also really nice and we enjoyed having a campfire. The dock was beautiful and there were tons of birds there every morning. Port Richey was a great town, with the necessary amenities and lovely restaurants. We definitely want to come back again!

The entire experience was wonderful and Timothy was very attentive to any questions we had. Kitchen is very w WELL equipped, which is fantastic for making meals. House was clean and lived up to the pictures on line. Our grandchildren lived in the heated pool. Thanks for 16 great days!!!
