The host did not provide the check-in information (lock information) on time, we had to reach out to the host ourselves. In addition, an incorrect code information was given to us. It took us >30 min to obtain the correct code from the host when we could not get into the house. The other issue is that the house does not provide enough blankets, one bed only has sheets, without comforter nor blanket (when the weather is ~ 60 oF outside).
