Welcome to my little house. I rent rooms in my home. My home is close to the Assiniboine park which is a quiet , beautiful and safe area. Bus stop is 2 minutes away with the 7-11 and some restaurants. Supermarket is 20 minutes walk, and you can also have a nice walk by the river to the biggest park in Winnipeg.

Not room in Photo

Completely different room and it was deplorable, smelt awful. Owner made sure she knew the time of my arrival so she could be out. It was unclean, untidy and when I tried to contact regarding a full refund she went suspiciously quiet.
