We also provide beach towels/lots of spices/paper towels/foil/plastic wrap/toilet tissue and laundry soap and dryer sheets-not just starter packages
We added a water cooler in 2022, you just fill up the empty jugs for around $6 at Kroger and you’ll have fresh cold water.

- Our home rents Saturday to Saturday (some flexibility during the off season)
- Smoke free home. We do not rent to smokers due to allergies.
- No pets
- Renter must be 28 years of age and residing on the property for the week. We will ask for a copy of your photo ID and our housekeeper will greet you upon arrival to verify.

DESCRIPTION
You may never want to leave the backyard or one of the serene screened-in porches which offers an additional 630 sq. ft. outdoor living space. Equipped with brand new (2020) furniture and 50 inch HD flat screen (2021) so you can relax while watching one of your favorite sporting events or movies. There’s also a large table here to dine out.

As you enter the vast 2 storey foyer, this 3-level spacious home offers 3200 square feet of comfortable living. The large living room with 65 inch HD TV, new furniture, dining room and well equipped eat-in kitchen provides a great room effect. For all of your entertainment, we have provided you with the Hargray HD Premier package . Streaming enthusiasts can take advantage of the fastest internet available and Netflix is included.

This home is ideal for large group gatherings, with inside dining seating for 15 including bar stools/kitchen table for 4 and dining table that seats 8. Additional dining seating for 12 on the hot tub deck and lower screen porch. A brand-new (2020) gas connected grill is provided for easy cooking. The large deck area around the salt water pool provides sunny seating with 8 new luxurious loungers(2021)

The first-floor spacious primary bedroom has a view of the pool and golf course with its own entrance to the lower level screened in porch. The newly renovated master bath offers a free standing soaking tub, walk in shower and double vanity and sinks.

Rest & relax as you take in spectacular views of the golf course on your own private screened-in porch.

For small children, there is a new 2022 pack and play crib/ high chair/exercise-saucer and booster seat located in the walk-in closet. There’s also an additional single mattress here too.

All of the bedrooms have ceilings fans for your comfort. The laundry room is located just off the kitchen. For added fun and adventure we have 8 adult bikes, double wagon, large coolers, ping pong table in the garage for your use.

The house has been maintained by the same cleaning staff headed by Norma for 15 years. Norma takes pride in her work and makes sure everything is clean and ready for your stay. As we use our own private cleaning crew you will enjoy nicer quality linens that belong to us not the whole community as the large cleaning companies often do. We replace all linens as needed.

The Perfect Place

If you are looking for the perfect spot for a great family vacation and you are reading this review, then you have found the right place. Debbie is the host and booking her place is a pleasurable experience that makes your trip worthwhile! She is very thorough in describing her home and also makes herself available to answer any questions in a timely manner. We have just returned from our 2nd week long stay at Debbie's place and it was even better than our 1st! With a fresh coat of paint on the exterior, interior updates & decorating, it was clean as a whistle and geared to creating a "home away from home" that was welcoming and comfortable.It was obvious that Debbie and her husband had spent the off-season making their place even more appealing for their guests and they succeeded. Our group consists of 10 adults between the ages of 70-84 and you know how fussy we senior folks can be, yet not a complaint was voiced all week. The kitchen was completely equiped and the dining room easily accommodated our group. The living room, porch and roomy deck provided plenty of seating for get togethers or just relaxing. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach where we saw three deer on one trip and twice watched a gator from the bridge over the lagoon. The pool and hot tub were a definite plus and at day's end the comfortable bedrooms always beckoned! There is much more to enjoy at Debbie's place so check out the listing or better yet, book a stay for a great vacation in Hilton Head!

Perfect House for a Group!

We came with a group of 8 adults, and loved so many things about the property. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was amazing-and we got a lot of use out of the bikes and ping pong table. We cooked, used the bbq, and spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. The screened in porch was perfect for watching Sunday football. I can’t imagine a more perfect house for our group-and we all agree that we will come back!

Lovely, spacious home; great location

This spacious home on the golf course was perfect for our family and the location was great! There were so many things included with the rental - great bikes, nice beach towels and chairs. Being able to park at the Disney Beach resort was great for the times we didn’t want to walk or ride to the beach with all our stuff. The kitchen was very well stocked with lots of dishes, flatware, utensils, spices, two coffee makers. Loved having a water cooler. Spent lots of time on the large screened porch as well as at the pool every day! The host, Debbie, was extremely communicative and helpful - probably our best Vrbo host yet!

My husband and I are Canadian, from the Toronto area. We are nearing retirement and work remotely, so we love visiting Hilton Head to escape the cold Canadian winters.

Why they chose this property

After visiting the Island many times, we began to look for the perfect property to call our own. 26 Heath seemed to offer everything one could want in a home-away-from-home. Right on the golf course, a short walk to the beach, a private pool and beautiful screened-in porches. It is big enough for our family to enjoy all together, and hopefully to share with your family, too!
